β β β β β I very enjoyed this stay. Kind and helpful Staff. Clean and tidy room. Good location. This was the only 4-stars hotel during our 12days holday, which provided free tea and coffee. Highly recomend

Very clean and well maintained but cramped-feeling bedrooms; friendly but just OK service; disappointingly-poor offering at breakfast - though it's in a beautiful setting.
The hotel is a five minute walk from the Pradalago lifts, which is really convenient, but it's situated at the junction of a number of fairly busy roads meaning it wasn't very peaceful.
The ski room was a bit small and felt insecure as it virtually opened onto the public pavement.
