★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no skybus. Transfer buses stop too far from hotel and You have to go 300 m with all Your luggage.
Too noisy. You have to pay for SPA center pool, sauna etc. and have to listen kids screaming shouting in the pool.
Staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. Excellent food. Can ski in and ski out as long as you take a specific blue. Else it's a 5 minute walk to either of 2 gondolas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid a lot of money to enjoy Christmas there and we were very disappointed because there is an extra charge to use the pool. Our kids were very exited when we first booked in this 4 star hotel but extremely sad with this news.
Thanks a lot for your reply. We enjoyed our holiday but did not enjoy our stay at your hotel because of this issue. Next time write that the pool is with a fee on your advert because we would not have come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location (just a few minutes walk with boots to the lift), the spa area is wonderfull, very clean and hot. The room was spacious with a wide comfortable double bed, big tv-screen and a proper hairdryer. If you are too tired to move after skiing all day, the restaurant is a very decent option for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. Worst skiing hotel I have ever stayed in. Apart from a few staff, it was totally obvious the hotel plain and simply didn't want families. they made sure all the facilities were close. The restaurant manager was do rude. He refused to make simple chips or pizza for the children of the hotel. He was happy to let them eat bread sticks all night. No help. We had to start eatting out just so the kids got fed. the trip has been horrendous. Please please please think twice before coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spa and pool. Spacious, tasteful room, courteous staff. However it's a stretch to advertise it as "Ski-in, Ski out". Long walk to the gondola in ski boots!

Breakfast is less than ok. Ski locker room is very crowded, uncomfortable, badly positioned. A locker key was not given only after asked for it 3 times and even then it already had other guests equipment there.
Completley overstaffed. Always 4-5 workers behind the desk at the spa just to let you inside.
You need to order a spot at the spa 24 hr in advance which is just tyresome + they don't tell you.
The pool is nice, the spa not so much
Bar is nice. Preformer is pretty good.
Anyway, just a very uptight atmosphere.
A room with ping pong and foosball that's mostly closed for some reason.
Not many English speakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here late February 2022. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it highly - lovely food and nice, friendly, professional staff. Matteo the waiter is a legend!
It has a convenient location for the ski slopes and has good facilities, including proper ski storage and access. It also has a lovely piano bar. We enjoyed our week here very much and would recommend highly but with one reservation.
We booked a "Superior" room here a full year before staying but this counted for nothing. We were allocated a tiny attic room in which it was not actually possible to stand up in one half of the room. Thankfully, they moved us but had we not mentioned it we would have been stuck in a room for a whole week that was only fit for a hobbit. It is a complete misrepresentation to call this room "superior" - superior to what exactly? Top tip: if booking here make sure in advance exactly what room you are getting. They should allocate rooms like that just for storage and not actually put people in there.
