D	David Ferrante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ottimamente posizionato, dotato di ampio parcheggio privato. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Il problema è che l'hotel ha urgente bisogno di essere aggiornato. Noi abbiamo alloggiato per una notte in una stanza quadrupla. La camera era composta di due stanze separare con un bagno in comune. Le stanze hanno moquette che necessita di essere sostituita o accuratamente pulita. Il bagno non molto grande è dotato di vasca, ma manca una tenda e quando ci si lava l'acqua inevitabilmente allaga il pavimento, scomoda inoltre la cornetta da cui esce l'acqua. Nel complesso la camera ti lascia addosso una sensazione di abbandono. I muri necessitano di essere sbiancati, l'arredamento andrebbe assolutamente aggiornato, inoltre andrebbe sicuramente incrementare l'attenzione alla pulizia: quando si entra in camera tutto si prova, tranne che un senso di pulito (nella nostra stanza era presente, ad esempio, in bella vista un insetto ucciso sul muro, che il personale di pulizie non può non aver visto). In ultimo, la qualità della cena è discreta, quello che è difficile definire è la totale incapacità di gestione del personale al tavolo. Premettendo che non era presente così tanta gente da giustificare le attese, abbiamo atteso moltissimo per poter avere da bere e sollecitato più volte per avere il menù. Erano presenti 4/5 camerieri ma era come ce ne fossero 2. I prezzi sono troppo elevati rispetto alla qualità di servizio erogato. Hotel well located, with ample private parking. Courteous and very helpful staff. The problem is that the hotel urgently needs updating. We stayed for one night in a quadruple room. The room consisted of two separate rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms have carpets that need to be replaced or carefully cleaned. The bathroom is not very large and has a bathtub, but there is no curtain and when you wash the water it inevitably floods the floor, uncomfortable also the receiver from which the water comes out. Overall, the room leaves you with a feeling of abandonment. The walls need to be bleached, the furniture should be absolutely updated, also it should surely increase the attention to cleanliness: when you enter the room everything is tested, except for a sense of cleanliness (in our room was present, for example, in nice sight an insect killed on the wall, that the cleaning staff could not have not seen). Lastly, the quality of the dinner is discreet, what is difficult to define is the total inability to manage the staff at the table. Assuming that not so many people were present to justify the expectations, we waited a lot to be able to have a drink and solicited several times for the menu. There were 4/5 waiters but it was like there were 2. The prices are too high compared to the quality of service provided.

Stanza grande, calda, arredi datati e usurati (moquette rovinata, mobilio graffiato, piastrelle bagno scheggiate, ecc.), insorizzata pari a zero (stanza al primo piano sentivamo come averli in stanza l'animazione per i bambini, poi la musica da discoteca). Il ristorante non è male, propone piatti semplici e abbondanti, colazione abbastanza varia. Hotel comodissimo alle piste, parcheggio gratuito in loco. Rapporto qualità-prezzo abbastanza buono. Large, warm room, dated and worn furnishings (ruined carpet, scratched furniture, chipped bathroom tiles, etc.), insorated at zero (room on the first floor we felt like having the animation for the children in the room, then the disco music ). The restaurant is not bad, it offers simple and abundant dishes, quite varied breakfast. Hotel very convenient to the slopes, free parking on site. Fairly good value for money.

L'intero personale è stato fantastico,il Sig.Salvatore ha fatto sentire tutti noi come a casa. Abbiamo ricevuto un'assistenza impeccabile. Ottime cene,in base alle preferenze di noi docenti, pranzi con una vista spettacolare sulle piste da sci,bar a disposizione degli alunni,spazi da poter utilizzare per momenti ricreativi e di ritrovo. Le camere ben pulite e molto confortevoli. Il tutto ha lasciato tanta nostalgia nei cuori di noi tutti. Con l'augurio di un possibile ritorno mi sento di consigliare questa struttura sia per gruppi che per soggiorni individuali. Grande Professionalità ha caratterizzato l'intera settimana. A presto For White Week, with the students, I found myself in this beautiful location, the stay at the chosen hotel was exceptional, great welcome, patience and infinite availability. The entire staff was fantastic, Mr. Salvatore made us all feel at home. We have received impeccable assistance. Excellent dinners, according to the preferences of us teachers, lunches with a spectacular view of the ski slopes, bars available to students, spaces that can be used for recreational and meeting moments. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. All this has left a lot of nostalgia in the hearts of all of us. With the hope of a possible return I would like to recommend this structure for both groups and for individual stays. Great professionalism characterized the whole week. See you soon

P	Phil Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on a school trip. It has an excellent location, right on the piste. The staff were super-friendly and efficient and most spoke very good English. Some rooms could do with a light refurb.

We went there with a group of around 40 people and had a dedicated room for meals, staff was very nice and helpful plus rooms cleaned fairly well. The food at the restaurant is quite good but best of all is the location, you can walk everywhere from there and just forget about the car!
