Già l'impatto è negativo perché all'ingresso espongono un cartello in cui si rammaricano per dover chiedere loro malgrado il greenpass, strumento volto a salvaguardare la nostra salute. Va be', passiamo oltre, visto che abbiamo fame. C'è scritto APERTO ovunque, ma la porta è chiusa. Dentro si intravedono delle persone che mangiano (forse i dipendenti?), ma nessuno si preoccupa di rivolgerci nemmeno uno sguardo. A questo punto proviamo a telefonare: segreteria telefonica. Rinunciamo. Sono le 19.40, orario per nulla insolito in montagna. Quando, dieci minuti dopo, ripassiamo vediamo aperto ed entriamo sull'onda di altri 2 ingenui che vengono rimbalzati poiché non hanno prenotato(e non l'hanno fatto perché il telefono, cellulare, è sempre staccato!)... però per domani un posticino c'è!!! Dai taglieri abbondanti ai primi, la trota molto buona.... la seconda volta abbiamo portato altre persone, tutte soddisfatte. Strudel veramente buono. Merita! Avrei voluto dare 0 come valutazione ma non si può e non posso recensire i piatti per qualità e prezzo perché ci hanno mandato via!!!!! Chiedo al cameriere se potevamo pranzare in 5 e LUI mi risponde che NON prendevano prenotazioni ma di aspettare lì perché il tavolo in fondo si stava liberando. Ero sola ad aspettare poi quando finalmente gli altri commensali si sono alzati mi sono seduta. Ad un certo punto da fuori il locale arriva una signora over 65 che mi urla contro dicendomi che il tavolo era suo. Poi arriva il marito che urla di più così il cameriere lo stesso che mi aveva detto di aspettare mi dice che prima c'erano altre persone e mi fa alzare!!!! MA COME ORA LE PRENOTAZIONI LE PRENDEVANO? Ah no certo erano sicuramente AMICI!!! Beh meglio così perché poi siamo andati al ristorante hotel casa del Campo di Prea dove ci hanno trattati benissimo e mangiato altrettanto bene!!! Risposta coerente!!!! Intanto io le ho dato del lei e non del tu perché io sono il cliente e non un suo amico. Grazie per aver confermato con la sua risposta la mia recensione di personale NON PROFESSIONALE!!! Sarebbe stato più diplomatico rispondere che si scusava per il disagio e la maleducazione dei due over 65 e che ci avrebbe aspettato volentieri per farci ricredere ?‍♀️ NON-QUALIFIED AND NON-PROFESSIONAL staff !!!! F	Francesco Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldilà dell’attesa per sedersi che in alta stagione è comprensibile, 20 minuti per avere il tavolo pulito dagli avanzi degli ospiti precedenti, ripetute richieste di ordinare almeno delle birre (“la cucina era incasinata” diceva il cameriere quindi di mangiare non se ne parlava – erano le 14) richieste non ascoltate…dopo più di un’ora di attesa ci siamo alzati senza aver nemmeno ricevuto la richiesta di ordinare. Nel tavolo accanto al nostro pur essendosi seduti dopo di noi nello stesso tempo hanno ricevuto del vino e ordinato da mangiare…ma erano amici del proprietario, perché sorprendersi?
