Ribadisco un giudizio negativo e commercialmente scorretto . Negative judgment ... VOLANT SILVER skis EXPOSED TO EURO 1390 with discount to be applied which brings them back to the list price on the website of the Volant manufacturer of 1100 euros including bindings Absolutely neither serious nor professional behavior. I reiterate a negative and commercially incorrect judgment.
T	Tania Galiffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare un giudizio sui prodotti di questo negozio perché non mi hanno dato modo nemmeno di vederli,sono entrata con il passeggino e ho sfiorato,sottolineo SFIORATO, con la cappottina una giacca,subito una"simpatica commessa" mi ha detto di non passare vicino alle tute da sci,manco ci fossi passata sopra con le ruote. Dopo nemmeno un minuto, tenuta d occhio come una criminale,sono andata verso la porta e subito un altra simpatica commessa mi ha spalancato l uscita. Davamo troppo fastidio. E già , una madre con due bambini nel passeggino che tra parentesi dormono potrebbe causare chissà quali danni. Signorotte impellicciate con i cani invece no,quelle possono entrare e girare tranquillamente tra i vestiti,tute,ecc. Niente contro i cani eh,anzi x me sono meglio delle persone a volte. Comunque,...croce su questo negozio. (Era la seconda volta che provavo ad acquistarci qualcosa,ma la loro simpatia mi ha x la seconda ed ultima volta impedito di farlo). Per fortuna ci sono altri negozi!!! I can't give an opinion on the products in this shop because they didn't even give me a chance to see them, I entered with the stroller and I touched, I stress SFIORATO, with the hood a jacket, immediately a "nice saleswoman" told me not to pass next to the ski suits, I had not even passed over them with the wheels. After less than a minute, kept an eye on like a criminal, I went to the door and immediately another nice saleswoman opened the door for me. We were too bothered. And yes, a mother with two children in the stroller who are sleeping by the way could cause who knows what damage. Ladies in fur coats with dogs, on the other hand, no, they can enter and walk around quietly among clothes, overalls, etc. Nothing against dogs eh, in fact for me they are better than people sometimes. Anyway, ... cross on this shop. (It was the second time I tried to buy something, but their sympathy for the second and last time prevented me from doing so). Luckily there are other shops !!!

Ho provato diversi scarponi da sci e nonostante non avessi trovato il prodotto per me congeniale, sono stati veramente molto professionali e gentili, cosa alquanto non scontata oggigiorno nella nostra società. I tried several ski boots and although I didn't find the product that suited me, they were really very professional and kind, which is not something to be taken for granted nowadays in our society. S	Stephen Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Spyder Jacket from this shop. It was priced at 295 euros. I asked for some discount and paid 250 euros. On my return home I found that the jacket could be bought for a lot less. Amazons price was £104 and some retailers in the UK were of a similar price. I complained to the Italian importer who informed me that the retail price was 264 euros. So this shop is massively overcharging people. (Nice business to do people with) Years ago I purchased 2 new sets of Skis from this shop when the prices were at normal retail. Be Warned
U	Uwe Gabsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought skiboots in this Shop. After taking the measurements of my feet they gave me some boots: “these boots are perfekt for you in size and performance”. After 2 days my foot nearly sliped out when going on a red slope. I went into an other shop for a control and they told me: “this boot is two numbers too big for your feet. There is high risk of loosing control and injury.” Informing the owner of the shop about his mistake he answered: “that’s not my problem. You have tried the boot”. They only want to sell something, no responsability, no service or quality. Be careful buying skiboots in this shop if you don’t have a lot of experience!
