Nonostante il periodo covid e le manifestazioni, come la WinterMarathon, si sono dimostrati ultra disponibili per aiutarmi con il mio problema alla macchina. Il mio compagno gliel'ha fatto notare al titolare e al dipendente che hanno, a modo loro, ripulito con l'aspirapolvere quando in realtà é cambiato poco o nulla. Tutto questo alla modica cifra di 60€. MAI PIU'. A Milano, quando la portiamo per lo stesso servizio, la macchina torna come appena uscita dal concessionario. Allego foto del "dopo pulizia". I took the machine to sanitize and wash it externally. Left this morning at 8 and withdrawn at 18, as if nothing had been done. My partner pointed this out to the owner and employee who, in their own way, cleaned with the vacuum cleaner when in reality little or nothing has changed. All this for the modest sum of € 60. NEVER AGAIN'. In Milan, when we bring it for the same service, the car comes back as if it just came out of the dealership. I attach photos of the "after cleaning".
M	Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my wife and I returned from a 5-day trek in the Dolimiti di Brenta mountains, we discovered that our car was completely dead. Even late on a Friday evening at the height of the August holiday season, their roadside assistance team arrived within 30 minutes and got us back to town pronto. With the help of their efficient and professional staff the problem was diagnosed immediately. (It was super-helpful that they speak perfect English too!) As we found ourselves stranded for the weekend waiting for an auto-part, chief mechanic Mattia went out of his way to find us a place to stay with his friends at the nearby Hotel Betulla (also recommended) and even gave us a ride there. Not only that but also the next day they gave us a free loaner car to use during the wait. What great service! The owner Paolo patiently answered our questions at every turn, even going so far as to look up hotels and laundromats on his computer for us. Did I mention that all this is occurring while they were also attending to the needs of all the many other clients on what is one of Italy's busiest summer holiday weekends in a well known tourist destination? Very impressive indeed! During what could have been a disastrous end to our trip to Italy, Autofficina Pollini and Chiodega helped us to make lemonade out of some serious lemons.
