★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come già fatto a Livigno, anche qui abbiamo affittato per un giorno delle bici downhill (GT): le bici sono state all'altezza delle aspettative MA il pacchetto "protezioni complete" era ridicolo: casco ok, ginocchiere inesistenti, pettorina buona per giocare a lasergame. Non hanno voluto darci nemmeno un paio di guanti sporchi, figuriamoci la maschera per il casco. Non voglio fare polemica però per lo stesso prezzo a Livigno ci hanno dato un'armatura completa con guanti, casco e maschera: se scelgo le "protezioni complete" ci sarà un motivo. Che senso ha portarsi da casa metà attrezzatura? Sarebbe stato onesto almeno avvisarci prima. Sicuramente tornerò a Livigno.
 As already done in Livigno, here too we rented downhill bikes (GT) for a day: the bikes lived up to expectations BUT the "complete protection" package was ridiculous: helmet ok, non-existent knee pads, good harness for playing lasergame. They didn't want to give us even a pair of dirty gloves, let alone a helmet mask. I don't want to make a controversy but for the same price in Livigno they gave us full armor with gloves, helmet and mask: if I choose "full protection" there will be a reason. What is the point of bringing half your equipment with you? It would have been honest at least to let us know first. I will definitely return to Livigno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, dopo 5 minuti dalla presa bici ho perso le pastiglie del freno.... vi lascio immaginare. rietriamo e dopo aver discusso per la sicurezza dei mezzi, mi danno un'altra bici. si riparte e appena dopo 2 km altro problema ai freni. Direi che il servizio è pessimo e alle mie insistenze per la sicurezza mi è stato detto "che capita".. incredibile anche la scortesia del personale totalmente impreparato. Può capitare sicuramente di aver noie, ma dare a noleggio una emtb da 25kg che non ha le pastiglie del freno montate, mi sembra molto grave. Asaolutamente sconsigliato.
Bad service, after 5 minutes from the bike socket I lost the brake pads .... I let you imagine. we step back and after discussing the safety of the vehicles, they give me another bike. it starts again and just after 2 km another problem with the brakes. I would say that the service is bad and at my insistence on security I was told "that happens" .. incredible also the rudeness of the totally unprepared staff. It can certainly happen to have problems, but renting a 25kg emtb that does not have the brake pads mounted, seems very serious to me. Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usato il noleggio dell'attrezzatura. Molto gentili e disponibili a dare consigli e anche ad effettuare cambi se necessario. La prenotazione online permette di risparmiare un po'. Decisamente consigliato.
I used the equipment rental. Very nice and willing to give advice and also to make changes if necessary. Online booking allows you to save a little. Definitely recommended.

Truly excellent facility with very courteous and helpful staff. Wide availability of bikes, including electric bikes and the possibility of renting them, at really good prices. I'll be back.
