I	Ida Bifulco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendida cattedrale situata nel centro storico di Nola dove si possono ammirare preziosi affreschi religiosi, monumenti marmorei e la stupenda navata centrale. Per gli occhi più esperti si possono ammirare anche le sovrapposizioni di stile dovute ai diversi restauri realizzati in epoche diverse. Stunning cathedral located in the historical center of Nola where you can admire precious religious frescoes, marble monuments and the magnificent central nave. For more experienced you can also admire the style overlaps due to the different restorations in different times eyes.
s	santolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Cattedrale si trova nel centro storico di Nola, e' una costruzione moderna in stile neorinascimentale innaugurata nel 1909. La facciata e' preceduta da un portico a cinque arcate con sei colonne di marmo. L'interno e' a pianta a croce latina a tre navate con colonne in granito, il soffitto e' a cassettoni. Nella navata di sinistra c'e' la cappella dedicata a San Paolino e la cripta dedicata a San Felice. The Cathedral is located in the historic center of Nola, and is a modern building in the Neo-Renaissance style inaugurated in 1909. The facade is preceded by a five-arched portico with six marble columns. The interior has a Latin cross plan with three naves with granite columns, the ceiling is coffered. In the left nave there is the chapel dedicated to San Paolino and the crypt dedicated to San Felice.

Comunque rimane molto bella da visitare per gli amanti delle chiese. Piena di affreschi (ben tenuti). Splendido anche l'altare con la statua della Madonna. Situata nel cuore della Città di Nola. Molto facile da raggiungerla a piedi. Beautiful historic Cathedral. One star less for its facade (It could be refurbished to make it even more beautiful). However it remains very nice to visit for church lovers. Full of frescoes (well kept). The altar with the statue of the Madonna is also splendid. Located in the heart of the city of Nola. Very easy to reach on foot.

Stupenda al suo interno come al suo esterno, che però lascia un pò a desiderare a causa di una cura un pò superficiale della struttura. Sul suo altare si può vedere una splendida Madonna tutta in cartapesta che sembra ad occhio essere di pregiato marmo. Per un periodo ha ospitato la Madonnina di Milano. The Cathedral of Nola is perhaps one of the few milestones in this country. Superb inside and outside, which however leaves a little to be desired due to a little superficial care of the structure. On its altar you can see a splendid Madonna made entirely of papier-mâché that seems to be precious marble by eye. For a period it hosted the Madonnina in Milan.
C	C. N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un peccato che venga permesso alla gente di sostare sulle scale,anche quando il duomo è aperto. Per poi ritrovarlo circondato di rifiuti. Molto triste,per un luogo del genere in una bellissima piazza. It is a pity that people are allowed to stand on the stairs, even when the cathedral is open. Only to find it surrounded by waste. Very sad for such a place in a beautiful square.

For everyone, do pay a visit to this amazing piece of art not far from Naples, in an ancient town, which once was older and bigger than Rome.
