★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto un problema con il telefono preso da loro, ed a fronte di questo, il personale (sia la ragazza bionda che la signora mora più anziana) non è stato per niente gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti. Consiglio di andare in altri store 3.

Ti scrivono su cartelli e dico delle cose a voce e poi quando ti arriva la fattura li cifra è molto più alta. Per colpa loro mi trovo un contratto di 20 Mesi e pagare molto di più di quello che mi hanno detto.
Attenzione a non farvi fregare perché non ti fanno vedere il contratto con i dettagli ma solo firmare i voglio dove accettate tutti gli articoli di un contratto che non avete visto !
Faro regolare denuncia alla tre.
FRAUD,
They write you on signs and say things by word of mouth and then when you get the bill the figure is much higher. Because of them I find myself a 20-month contract and pay much more than what they told me.
Be careful not to be fooled because they don't show you the contract with the details but only sign the I want where you accept all the articles of a contract that you have not seen!

Ieri mi hanno proposto un contratto Medium con il Cube per i dati, confermandomi che le condizioni erano analoghe a quelle del precedente Casa 3, con la differenza dei 60 Giga anzichè 30. Peccato l'omissione dell'assenza dei Giga illimitati la notte, oltre alla richiesta del costo della Sim, comunicatomi alla fine della transazione. Errore mio non aver approfondito le cose, eppure mi avevano avvertito riguardo la "fama" del personale... Cosa altrettanto grave la telefonata fattami oggi pomeriggio, in cui la responsabile mi comunica di aver FILMATO (!!!) la nostra conversazione di ieri (legale???), in cui mi avrebbero parlato del discorso "giga illimitati", cosa ovviamente non vera. Alla mia richiesta di vedere il filmato, naturalmente mi è stato risposto che non è possibile. Serve altro?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo Negozio mai trovate persone così arroganti prepotenti ed incompetenti la signorina bionda e l'altra ragazza mora sono di una maleducazione inaudita ma la cosa peggiore e che non sanno le cose e ti danno dello stupido, ho fatto vedere a tutte e due l'offerta della 3 e hanche davanti all'evidenza hanno negato e mi ha fatto capire di andarmene, spero che chi gestisce quel punto vendita prenda provvedimenti c'è tanta gente che ha bisogno di lavorare quelle persone meritano di stare a casa !! Un vergogna.

Sono passata con mio padre a chiedere perche con la ricarica fatta mi hanno tolto tutti soldi dal telefono la ragazza bionda tutta tatuata oltre che a essere incompetente e non saper fare il suo lavoro, e' una grande cafona maleducata, ci ha dato informazioni sbagliate agitandosi troppo, non sapeva rispondere dove erano finiti i soldi che avevamo ricaricato, per fortuna abbiamo chiamato il numero verde windtre e abbiamo scoperto che i soldi erano scalati perche era attivo il servizio ''ti ho cercato''.
Certe persone non sono adatte a lavorare con le persone!!!
