★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo cambiare il modem, mi è stato detto che per via di un inventario sarebbe stato impossibile farlo fino a lunedì, in tutti i centri Tim. Un altro centro Tim più competente ha risolto il mio problema immediatamente.
I had to change the modem, I was told that due to an inventory it would be impossible to do it until Monday, in all Tim centers. Another more competent Tim center solved my problem immediately.

Anche se non sono riusciti a risolvere totalmente il mio problema sono stati disponibili e mi hanno dato indicazioni validissime per la sostituzione del modem.
The guys who work there are very nice and helpful. If they can solve it, they do it with professionalism! Especially the girl! Even if they were not able to completely solve my problem, they were available and gave me very valid indications for replacing the modem.
