Kindness and competence that are rarely found. I activated a Tim offer with them that seemed impossible in dozens of other stores. If I need assistance, I will definitely go to this center.

Li contatto quale luogo consegna xiaomi mi confermano e spiegano dove si trovano e dopo una bella attesa poichè il negozio non era aperto (ma solo per me visto che altri clienti venivano serviti) mi si dice che la consegna riguarda solo ciò che è stato acquistato lì. La mia esperienza è stata pessima sotto tutti gli aspetti. Quale cliente TIm segnalerò l'accaduto in un loro centro, MAI PIU'
RUDE. I contact them which xiaomi delivery place they confirm and explain where they are and after a long wait as the shop was not open (but only for me since other customers were served) they tell me that the delivery concerns only what was purchased there . My experience was bad in all respects. As a TIm customer I will report the incident in one of their centers, NEVER AGAIN

Pessimi vado per prendere un telefono con offerta tim fissa mi obbligano a passare a tim sul mobile costo 30 euro,oltre tutto vieni a saperlo ad operazione effettuata e risultato dopo un giorno la portabilità non viene effettuata.una settimana avanti e indietro non solo ogni giorno dicono che "domani" arrivano i telefoni ma il costo di portabilità non viene restituito
Niente soldi restituiti niente telefono solo una nuova scheda sim di cui sinceramente non che farmene

Bad I go to get a phone with a fixed tim offer they force me to switch to tim on the mobile cost 30 euros, besides everything you come to know when the operation is carried out and the result after a day the portability is not carried out. A week back and forth not only every day they say that "tomorrow" the phones arrive but the portability cost is not returned
No money returned, no phone, just a new sim card which I honestly don't have to do with
