Avevo bisogno di cambiare operatore per cui mi sono recata nel negozio Tim sotto casa…. Finalmente riaperto! Atmosfera buia e lugubre, ( luci più potenti no?!) per cui ero tentata di cambiare posto ma una vocina mi chiama…. Mi guardo intorno e non vedo nessuno…. La vocina mi chiama ancora…. “Buongiorno, posso aiutarla?” Eccerto che puoi farlo pago una cifra di telefono! Ecco che L oscurità diventa luce! Cristina, la vocina, mi illustra in modo dettagliato una serie di tariffe e piani e trovo quello giusto per me… gentilissima, preparata e molto empatica paziente nelle spiegazioni e molto professionale… toh, mi dico, cambio pure il telefono! E invece no! Non ce l’ha! Mi propone di attendere poche ore e me l’avrebbe trovato dai colleghi ma era un acquisto d’impeto per cui rinuncio non avendo voglia di aspettare ( nel 2022 possibile che Tim sia a corto di iPhone?) mi erano stati proposti altri telefoni ma volevo l’iPhone! (Poi comprato in corso Vercelli). Mi spiace perchè avrei voluto acquistarlo da cristina…. Tornerò sicuramente a fare la fibra di casa da lei che mi ha illustrato una promozione e convinta a risparmiare pure a casa….
NB: 2 stelle perchè la Tim non può non avere un iPhone in negozio, non può aprire un negozio chiuderlo per mesi e poi riaprirlo senza assortimento. 5 stelle solo per la ragazza .

I needed to change operator so I went to the Tim shop near the house…. Finally reopened! Dark and gloomy atmosphere (more powerful lights aren't they ?!) so I was tempted to change places but a little voice is calling me…. I look around and I don't see anyone…. The little voice calls me again…. "Goodmorning, can I help you?" Of course you can do it by paying a telephone amount! Here darkness becomes light! Cristina, the little voice, explains to me in detail a series of rates and plans and I find the right one for me ... very kind, prepared and very empathetic, patient in the explanations and very professional ... well, I say to myself, I also change the phone! But no! It doesn't have it! He proposes to wait a few hours and he would have found it for me from his colleagues but it was an impulse purchase so I give up not having the desire to wait (in 2022, could Tim be short of iPhone?) I had been offered other phones but I wanted the iPhone! (Then bought in corso Vercelli). I'm sorry because I wanted to buy it from cristina…. I will definitely come back to make home fiber at her who showed me a promotion and convinced me to save even at home….
NB: 2 stars because Tim can't not have an iPhone in the shop, can't open a shop, close it for months and then reopen it without assortment. 5 stars for the girl only.

Cristina super efficiente ed empatica. Mi ha supportata nell'acquisto di un nuovo telefono dopo il furto del telefono precedente e ha saputo risolvere tutte le relative problematiche . Giulio invece mi ha dato tantissima assistenza con pazienza e cordialità nella configurazione delle applicazioni e del nuovo telefono. Ambiente accogliente, servizio tempestivo e massima gentilezza. Un grazie di cuore!
