★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato con un amica di entrare in negozio, oggi. Esperienza disagevole...ci ha lasciato attonite e amareggiate la professionalità decisamente improbabile dello staff che, dinnanzi ad una banale richiesta di utilizzo di un servizio igienico, per un malessere , ha avuto un moto di palese diniego e fastidio.... Pertanto creandoci ulteriore imbarazzo siamo uscite. E facile dedurre non ci rientreremo più.
 I happened to go into the shop with a friend today. Uncomfortable experience ... the decidedly unlikely professionalism of the staff left us astonished and embittered. further embarrassment we went out. It is easy to deduce that we will never reenter it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio elegante con una buona selezione di prodotti, sicuramente rivolto ad una clientela con disponibilità. Purtroppo la commessa non ha esitato a farmelo capire in modo decisamente poco elegante con una scena degna del film "Pretty woman". Peccato.
Elegant shop with a good selection of products, certainly aimed at customers with availability. Unfortunately, the saleswoman did not hesitate to make me understand it in a decidedly inelegant way with a scene worthy of the movie "Pretty woman". Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I live in the UK, but I have purchased a few jackets online,Their website offers a fantastic selection and great prices,altogether a great experience.
I've never recieved an online purchase so fast,I made an order at 9am and recieved my items the following day before lunchtime,Georgina, customer service rep is exceptional,you get a response to any queries within 30 mins, flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is good, service is not. I was trailed like a hawk, which I can still forgive since that isn’t entirely uncommon in a high end store. But when I asked to try on a specific puzzle bag, I got a, “be careful because this leather is delicate” from the SA. I didn’t hear anyone else getting this kind of preemptive admonishment and I honestly should have just left then.
Don’t assume that just because someone isn’t dressed head to toe in branded attire that they don’t know their stuff or can’t afford your wares.

I have never been to this boutique but they charged my PayPal a significant amount of money and advised there was nothing they could do, even though they are essentially shipping stolen goods to Massachusetts! Giorgia the customer service rep said to take it up with PayPal, and that's it. Sounds like a scam to me!
