Questa mattina sono tornata nel negozio per un cambio capo acquistato pocchi giorni fa.Ilnuovo campo era leggermente diverso e costa meno di 20 euro. I titolari si sono rifiutati di farmi il reso di 20 euro o prendere un altro capo di questo valore dicendomi che era sbagliato il cartellino sul nuovo capo. Alla mia perplessità per un tale comportamento mai visto mi hanno trattato malissimo specialmente il titolare dicendomi che se sua figlia dice che capi sono uguali è così. Fortunatamente ho lo scontrino con il prezzo del primo capo che palesemente non corrisponde a quello cambiato. Hanno anche tolto il nuovo cartellino dal capo.Passati i primi momenti di incredulità per tale truffa mi sono rivolta ai vigili che mi hanno consigliato di fare esposto ad Altro consumo. Cosa che farò domani insieme al avvocato. Forse I titolari capendo che sono straniera hanno pensato che possono prendermi in giro. Parlo dei capi in valore di 380 euro. Non mi è mai successo un tale scorrettezza e dispiace per le commesse dentro che sono gentili. Questo comportamento non lo lascio passare così anche se si tratta di una cifra minima.
