Ho chiesto un bouquet di laurea con rose ed altri fiori e mi hanno fatto un orribile mazzolino senza senso. Forse dovrebbero fare qualche corso prima di iniziare un'attivitΓ oppure hanno solo voluto guadagnare soldi facili.... Peccato

They only can deliver the flowers if the recipient is there to accept them, in case they canβt reach a person, they will ask you to pay the delivery again and good luck that they reach a person the second time. They didnβt manage to deliver my order in two day and at the end told my friend who I ordered the flowers to come and pick it up. So if you want to make sure your flowers arrive without making trouble for you or the recipient, use any other flower shop in Milan. I have order quite a lot of flowers in Milan, but never had such a bad experience with delivery and such a careless and unfriendly customer service.
