Dopo anni in cui assiduamente usufruivo del loro servizio sempre impeccabile, quest’oggi, ( in realtà è stata già la seconda volta che mi succedeva di incontrarlo) mi sono imbattuta in un addetto che portava il cappellino molto maleducato e sicuramente per niente professionale! Me ne sono andata preferendo il parcheggio poco più avanti al n25. Mentre me ne andavo indignata dalla maleducazione sono stata anche insultata! Il signor lord deve rendere grazie all’appuntamento che avevo altrimenti scattava la denuncia! Pessimo davvero! Terrible! After years of assiduously taking advantage of their always impeccable service, today (actually it was already the second time I happened to meet him) I came across an employee who wore a very rude and certainly not professional hat! I left preferring the parking a little further on at n25. While I was leaving indignant at the rudeness I was also insulted! The lord must give thanks to the appointment I had otherwise the complaint would be triggered! Really bad!
T	TOM P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Parkgarage liegt ca. 1.5km vom Mailänder Dom entfernt. Kleine Autos kosten 4 EUR/h max. 25 EUR/Tag. Grosse Fahrzeuge 5 EUR/h max. 30 EUR/Tag. 50 Meter neben dem Parkhaus fährt die Tram Linie 14 direkt zum Dom (5 Stationen). Tickets gibt es gleich neben der Haltestation in einem kleinem Tabakladen für 1,5 EUR. (Sind die gleichen Tickets wie für die U-Banh). Die Lage finde ich relativ gut, noch kein Mailänder Verkehrschaos, aber trotzem ist die Stadtmitte schnell mit der Tram erreichbar. Leider muss beim parken der Autoschlüssel abgegeben werden, dass scheint aber in den Zentralen Parkhäusern standard zu sein, damit die Fahrzeuge platzsparend geparkt werden können. Das Parkhaus macht aber einen seriösen Eindruck. Ich habe mein Auto hier sicher verwahrt gesehen. Falls ich wieder in Mailand bin werde ich hier wieder parken. The parking garage is about 1.5km from the Milan Cathedral. Small cars cost 4 EUR / h max. 25 EUR / day. Large vehicles 5 EUR / h max. 30 EUR / day. 50 meters next to the parking garage, the tram line 14 goes directly to the cathedral (5 stops). Tickets are available right next to the stop in a small tobacco shop for 1.5 EUR. (Are the same tickets as for the U-Banh). The situation I find relatively good, still no Milanese traffic junk, but despite the city center is quickly accessible by tram. Unfortunately, when parking the car keys are issued, but that seems to be standard in the central parking garages, so that the vehicles can be parked to save space. The parking garage makes a respectable impression. I saw my car safe here. If I am back in Milan I will park here again.

Non si risponde “lei stia calma, non sto parlando con lei” ad una signora con due bambini, che sta gentilmente chiedendo spiegazioni sul fatto che ci stavano restituendo la macchina sbagliata. Il tipo si stava rivolgendo a me, ma mia moglie ha tutto il diritto di rispondere a nome mio, anche perché la macchina è anche la sua... The garage is comfortable and not among the most expensive, but in the evening the caretaker I found was really a rude peasant. There is no reply "she is calm, I am not talking to her" to a lady with two children, who is kindly asking for explanations that they were returning the wrong car. The guy was turning to me, but my wife has every right to answer on my behalf, also because the car is hers too ...

They are kind and always available 24 hours a day. Of course it is not cheap but the important thing is the service they give.
F	Fabrizio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatici all’inizio: quando ci hanno detto di ritornare entro le 2 perché chiudevano, peraltro fatto visto che siamo arrivati almeno 10 minuti prima della chiusura, e per il quale mi sono scusato a causa di un contrattempo, sono stato zittito e invitato a pagare bruscamente. Capisco l’orario, ma essendo arrivati entro l’orario stabilito, seppure non di moltissimo, non è un pretesto per essere sgarbati. Scontrino fiscale non pervenuto. Nice at the beginning: when they told us to come back by 2 because they closed, however, since we arrived at least 10 minutes before closing, and for which I apologized due to a mishap, I was silenced and invited to pay abruptly. I understand the time, but having arrived within the established time, albeit not by much, it is not an excuse to be rude. Tax receipt not received.
A	Anna Montanaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e prezzi carissimi. Per soli 6 minuti ho dovuto pagare un'ora in più. Non ero io che sono arrivata in ritardo bensì ho dovuto attendere alla porta ben 3 minuti che il cliente prima di me pagasse il conto. Ho fatto notare questo ai due gestori del garage ma a loro non importava nulla e dunque mi hanno obbligato a pagare lo stesso un'ora intera in più. Non tornerò mai più qui non tanto per i prezzi cari ma per l'attitudine negativa dei due gestori. Rude staff and overpriced prices. For only 6 minutes I had to pay an extra hour. It wasn't me who arrived late but I had to wait at the door for 3 minutes for the customer to pay the bill before me. I pointed this out to the two garage managers but they didn't care and therefore they forced me to pay the same full hour more. I will never return here not so much for the expensive prices but for the negative attitude of the two managers.
