As a huge fan of the brand it would take a lot for me to write this review but my experience with two sales associates at this store have been so so so poor I would like to advice especially the non-Italian clients to stay far away from this location. (BTW I SPEAK ITALIAN FLUENTLY) There are so many others with impeccable service anyway. The director of this store on the other hand is amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. She actually convinced me so well that I went BACK to the store to buy a coat I already have in a different color, where at this day and age with Covid, I will just order online. Well she was not there when I went to make the actual purchase. Instead welcomed by two middle aged women sales associates who literally didn’t even know you could order the specific coat (and it’s an iconic coat) in the size I was looking for, ZERO knowledge about tax free, asked me to wait “10 minutes” to ask something to her boss. When the store is empty I was standing there for 10 minutes for her to scroll on WhatsApp and flip through books eventually to find a number to call and ask. Long story short, I was ready to drop over 2k euros today but due to her ZERO knowledge about products and request for me to pay in cash (which I verified was not true from another location - in fact I will buy from them instead), and the audacity to take another client’s call while I’m waiting and comes back to say “allora what will you do?”…. I was horrified. I left saying thank you anyway but you bet I will never go back there again. She also did not have her blazer on when I entered the store, asked me if I need help because then she needs to put it on, complained she had enough of the dust when she returned from the back stock room to help find another piece for another client while I was waiting. Literally she should reconsider her career. The. Worst. experience. Ever.
