Ho acquistato un casco Shoei modulare top di gamma, di cui ne ho lamentato, presso il negozio, il dolore che mi procurava dopo appena un’ora di viaggio. Risposta: “Devi sudarci dentro”. Altro addetto:”Il casco è come un paio di scarpe, se ti fanno male mica te le cambiano”. Ok...che dire!!! In più aggiungo che alla moglie di un mio amico il casco è stato cambiato, e questo mi ha parecchio indispettito!!! I clienti vanno tutti rispettati, questa è la mia filosofia di pensiero. E dire che non avevo comprato solo un casco, ma molto altro. A volte è meglio andare incontro al cliente, anche se pensi che sia nel torto, piuttosto che farci una pessima figura!!!
