Mi dispiace per il poveraccio sotto che ha pagato 0,50€ per stampare il reso Amazon, dovrebbe sapere che la carta costa. Great service, local shop where there are many useful services. Lo schermo venne riparato subito e nelle tempistiche suggerite. Sfortunatamente all'uscita dal negozio il navigatore non mi funzionava più così sono tornata all'interno del negozio per chiedere delucidazioni al riguardo. Hanno subito negato la loro colpa e mi hanno suggerito di cambiare l'antenna per altri 20 euro. Fatto. Nonostante i soldi spesi in più, il navigatore non funzionava lo stesso e si sono sollevati da ogni responsabilità. Nel periodo di giugno, in un momento in cui ero persa nel nulla perché ero sola e il navigatore ancora non mi funzionava, ruppi nuovamente lo schermo. Preventivamente lo portai in un negozietto gestito maggiormente per aiutare gli extracomunitari a mettersi in contatto con i Paesi dell'Africa. Ricambio dello schermo alla medesima cifra e il navigatore ha persino ripreso a funzionare. Sconsigliato. La batteria del mio telefono (iPhone 6) ultimamente stava facendo brutti scherzi: se io mio cellulare nn stava costantemente sotto carica si spegneva, però poi nonostante questo se lo mettevo sotto carica si riaccendeva...poi però l'altro giorno come al solito si è spento di colpo, solo che questa volta nn sono più riuscita a riaccenderlo...ero disperata perché avevo paura di aver perso tutti i dati (chat, foto..) dato che ultimamente nn avevo fatto nessun backup e poi da quello che avevo sentito nn si può cambiare la batteria dell'iPhone. Cosí ho deciso di proverare ad andare in negozio e qui sono stati molto gentili, e in mezz'ora hanno sistemato la batteria come nuova e quindi io potevo finalmente utilizzare il mio smartphone. Quindi io mio voto è 5 stelle! I had a great time. Dopo accordi telefonici ho mandato mio padre di 80 anni a sostituire il vetro rotto del suo vecchio samsung Galaxy A5 2017: un po' per il fornitore del ricambio che si è sbagliato, un po' per qualche imprevisto tecnico che puo' capitare che accada come normale in questo genere di lavoro, ci sono stati un paio di intoppi. In ogni circostanza hanno saputo comportarsi con estrema responsabilità, disponibilità, correttezza, prontezza, competenza e gentilezza. Sono anche stati davvero onestissimi con il prezzo facendogli spendere ugualmente soltanto la cifra pattuita fin dall' inizio, son convinto che chiunque altro avrebbe sobbarcato sul cliente ogni lavoro aggiuntivo... Una rarità ! Mio padre è a casa felice con un telefono ormai nuovo ed io sono estremamente soddisfatto di come si sono comportati e per come lavorano.
