★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con il mio telefono, che mi si bloccava continuamente per app, o virus che erroneamente ho preso tramite WhatsApp. Il personale è stato molto gentile e comprensivo, ho lasciato il telefono per circa 30 minuti e mi ha sistemato il telefono. Sicuramente tornerò ancora se avrò bisogno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo momento pandemico devo dire che ho atteso un po' di tempo fuori dal negozio, si può entrare uno per volta, circa 10/15 minuti, all'interno del negozio L'addetto è stato molto accogliente e preciso nelle indicazioni che avevo bisogno di avere. Fatto il mio contratto che desideravo fare con il telefono incluso, la procedura in negozio è stata di circa 20 minuti. Sicuramente tornerò per la cortesia e la preparazione del personale.
