★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 20giorni dall'acquisto di un iPhone 8 pagato 499. 00 euro il telefono presenta dei problemi alla batteria quindi inutilizzabile viene mandato a riparare, mi viene riconsegnato dopo 15giorni ma purtroppo solo dopo 2 giorni lo stesso identico problema si ripresenta nuovamente. E mi viene detto che come da procedura il telefono deve essere rimandato per la seconda volta a riparare. Nulla da dire sul personale che ci LAVORA che si è dimostrato molto gentile.
After 20 days from the purchase of a paid iPhone 8, 499.00 euros, the phone has problems with the battery so it is unusable and sent to repair, it is returned to me after 15 days, but unfortunately only after 2 days the exact same problem occurs again. And I'm told that as per the procedure, the phone must be sent back for repair for the second time. Nothing to say about the staff that WORKS there who proved to be very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saranno anche cordiali ma qualità del servizio veramente bassa in tutto !! Lasciamo perdere !! Sono entrato in questo negozio con un iPhone 6s che non si accendeva più ! Molto cordiali dopo un ora sono tornato pagando 30 euro ( prezzo Black Friday ) per la sostituzione della batteria ! Il telefono mi è stato consegnato acceso con il 30 per cento di batteria !! Tutto ok fino a quando attaccando il telefono al caricabatterie non caricava !! Tornando il giorno dopo mi dicono che probabilmente è il connettore altri 60 euro !! Dicendomi di essersi rotto nel tragitto per tornare a casa perché in negozio caricava !! Assurdo !!! Alla fine dei conti ho speso 30 euro per avere 30 per cento di batteria la quale deduco era ok ( e originale apple ) ma andava cambiato il connettore !! Mi sono solo sentito fregato !!

Everything is OK until when the phone is connected to the charger it does not charge !! Coming back the next day they tell me that it is probably the other 60 euro connector !! Telling me to have broken up on the way back home because in the shop it was loading !! Absurd !!! At the end of the day I spent 30 euros to get 30 percent of the battery which I assume was ok (and the original apple) but the connector had to be changed !! I just felt screwed !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che soddisfatta! Avevo un pc ormai vecchio, componenti obsoleti, ho voluto fare una pazzia perché affezionata al mio primo pc, così ho chiesto se fosse possibile un upgrade e riportare alla normale funzionalità il mio adorato.. dopo un’accurata analisi hanno fatto il miracolo!
Il mio pc ora è in linea con i tempi, tutto nuovo tra componenti e altro, funziona benissimo, velocissimo! E anche a prezzo, ne è valsa la pena!
I ragazzi sono gentili, disponibili e molto competenti!
Lo consiglio vivamente, la mia esperienza è stata super positiva!

More than satisfied! I had an old PC, obsolete components, I wanted to splurge because I was fond of my first PC, so I asked if it was possible to upgrade and bring my beloved back to normal functionality .. after a thorough analysis they worked the miracle!
My pc is now in line with the times, all new between components and more, it works very well, very fast! And even at the price, it was worth it!
The guys are kind, helpful and very knowledgeable!
I highly recommend it, my experience was super positive!
