★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo quando mi sono recata presso il negozio, gli addetti erano più impegnati a chiacchierare tra loro che a dar retta alle mie domande... Capisco che per chi è del mestiere siano magari cose scontate e ripetute mille volte ad altri... ma chi pone le domande per la prima volta vorrebbe avere comunque delle risposte esaustive senza sentirsi, magari, completamente idiota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro Vodafone di tutto rispetto con commessi gentilissimi, Davide il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato gentilissimo e ha risolto in un attimo il mio problema per una sim M2M senza nessuna incertezza.
In quanto venivo già da due centri Vodafone a Varese e nessuno dei due è riuscito a farmi una SIM m2m facendo 1000 problemi e nn riuscendola a fare.
Vodafone center of all respect with very kind salespeople, Davide the guy who served me was very kind and he solved in a moment my problem for an M2M sim without any uncertainty.
As I was already from two Vodafone centers in Varese and neither of them managed to make me a SIM m2m doing 1000 problems and nn managing to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Vodafone mette in difficoltà i clienti sopratutto se in là con gli anni. La signorina "dipendente" incontrata oggi invece di ascoltare e calmare una cliente a suo dire insopportabile e odiosa,l'ha a sua volta aggredita e non ha dato nessuna risposta sicura. Se sei dietro un banco e offri un servizio sei tu che ti devi adattare al cliente, tu sei portavoce di quell'azienda e offri uno sportello quindi stá a te spiegare i disservizi e scusarti perché tu in quel momento rappresenti quell'azienda. I clienti sono scocciati per le perdite di tempo e soldi non ce l'hanno con le persone ,la prossima volta consiglio un'atteggiamento più umile dall'inizio prestando ascolto con più attenzione e interesse al disservizio.Ci si lamenterebbe volentieri con Vodafone se non avesse sostitituito le persone con Toby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché meno non è possibile. Penso che a volte il personale al servizio del pubblico dovrebbe essere selezionato con un certo criterio . Se io entro in negozio, o un punto informazioni pubblico è perché molto probabilmente ho bisogno di un servizio , di solito ho tanto altro da fare che DISTURBARE chi sta lavorando. La "signora" o "signorina" che attualmente lavora qui,dovrebbe imparare ad essere un po meno arrogante nelle risposte di chi chiede informazioni. Verrei anche ricordare che se lei percepisce uno stipendio è anche grazie a noi clienti. Tempo fa il personale era molto preparato e sopratutto GENTILE, peccato.Per fortuna ci sono altri punti Vodafone , io in questo MAI PIÙ.
