★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se il servizio sia buono, so di certo che dopo minuti di attesa al telefono mi viene chiuso il telefono in faccia.. e per parecchie volte.. poso capire che siano impegnati ma sarebbero bastati 30 sec, rispondi dici che sei impegnato e di richiamare tra tot minuti... invece di chiudere il telefono in faccia in continuo.
I don't know if the service is good, I know for sure that after minutes of waiting on the phone the phone is closed in my face .. and several times .. I can understand that they are busy but it would have been enough 30 sec, answer you say you are busy and to call back in a few minutes ... instead of closing the phone in the face continuously.

Nello specifico, senza entrare troppo nei dettagli personali, ho avuto una discussione con il personale in merito ad un errore da loro commesso. Per quanto i nostri punti di vista divergessero (e hanno continuato a divergere fino alla fine), con questa recensione intendo premiare la serietà con cui lo staff ha ascoltato il mio problema e soprattutto l'onestà di chi ha saputo ammettere i propri errori, una qualità che in un settore di vendita io reputo preziosissima e che per questo voglio premiare con immenso piacere. Nella speranza che questa recensione vi spinga ad essere onesti e sinceri anche le prossime volte, ribadisco la serietà con cui il personale si prende a cuore il lavoro che fa, con un occhio di riguardo per le questioni morali prima ancora di quelle economiche. Questo (per quanto io non condivida la loro posizione) lo ritengo degno di merito e per questo intendo premiarlo. Continuate così.
I am writing this review following an experience I had not with Vodafone, but with this store in particular and its staff. Specifically, without going into too much personal detail, I had a discussion with the staff about a mistake they made. Although our points of view diverged (and continued to diverge until the end), with this review I intend to reward the seriousness with which the staff listened to my problem and above all the honesty of those who were able to admit their mistakes, a quality that I consider very precious in a sales sector and that for this reason I want to reward with immense pleasure. In the hope that this review will push you to be honest and sincere also next times, I reiterate the seriousness with which the staff takes to heart the work they do, with an eye to moral issues even before economic ones. This (although I do not share their position) I consider it worthy of merit and for this I intend to reward it. Keep it up.
