Raccomando questo punto vendita-assistenza sia per la professionalità che per la competenza del personale. Nonostante avessi comprato un macbook nuovo x mia moglie un mese prima. Ho acquistato qui con l’idea di avere una assistenza più vicina al cliente, ma mi sono sbagliato. I brought an old MacBook Pro 15 for a screen problem (due to a fall). Paid 59 € to receive a hasty treatment and zero information. Despite having bought a new macbook for my wife a month earlier. Sono stata seguita inizialmente per un problema al mio iPad che mi è stato risolto con tempestività ed inoltre è stata l'occasione per valutare l'aggiornamento del mio vecchio pc fisso con un nuovo iMac e la persona che mi ha seguito per la venditacon gentilezza e professionalità mi ha indicato la migliore soluzione più adatta alle mie esigenze. Tornerò presto ad acquistarlo e consiglio a tutti questo negozio.
