★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona di mia conoscenza si è recata in questo negozio per poter passare da micro a nano SIM, causa cambio telefono.
Viene proposta nuova SIM a 30 euro (quando in tutti gli altri centri poi contattati telefonicamente viene data a 15 euro).
In alternativa l'operazione di ritaglio della vecchia per 15 euro.
Lascio ai lettori giudicare se è un posto in cui ci si può fidare, o se è un posto in cui alcuni operatori si approfittano di clienti non ferrati su questioni tecniche.

A new SIM is proposed at 30 euros (when in all other centers then contacted by phone it is given at 15 euros).
Alternatively, the clipping of the old one for 15 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei 10 stelle a Monica ma non si può.. Preparatissima, gentilissima, professionale e molto esauriente nelle spiegazioni.. Ciò che mi ha colpito in lei è il fatto che riesce a capire che il cliente ha qualche incertezza e non esita a rispiegare il tutto..

In ogni caso mi sono recata nel luogo per il cambio sim (da micro a nano) e hanno soddisfatto la mia richiesta.

Avrò fatto 10 telefonate, lasciando squillare a lungo (anche 20 volte), ma nessuno ha risposto. Domandona: ma allora perché pubblicate su internet il numero di telefono?!?!?!

Oggi ho riprovato a telefonare, mi è stato risposto subito. Mi sono state fornite le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno, risparmiandomi un viaggio a vuoto. Mi sono presentato in negozio e MONICA, colei che aveva risposto al telefono, mi ha servito in modo efficace, efficiente e gentile.
Sempre più convinto di quello che penso:
LA DIFFERENZA LA FANNO LE PERSONE.
Purtroppo devi solo avere la fortuna di trovare la persona giusta al momento giusto. Pertanto:
- 1 STELLA al personale di ieri pomeriggio/sera
- 5 STELLE a MONICA
