★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato l'auto da loro di mattina su appuntamento concordato il giorno prima per verificare un problema elettronico. Tornato nel pomeriggio su loro indicazione, mi dicono che si sono dimenticati di controllare la mia auto.
Risultato: mattinata persa senza auto e senza risolverne il problema.
Sconcertante il "mi sono dimenticato di guardare la tua auto". Allibito.
 Brought the car to them in the morning by appointment made the day before to check for an electronic problem. Back in the afternoon on their instructions, they tell me that they forgot to check my car.
Result: morning lost without a car and without solving the problem.
The disconcerting "I forgot to look at your car". Shocked.
