E’ l’assistenza che definisce la disponibilità verso il cliente e personalmente non ne ho proprio ricevuta visto che mi hanno risposto che non era più di loro competenza. Disappointing after-sales assistance. Or rather: non-existent ... Everybody is able to sell branded furniture ... It is the assistance that defines the availability to the customer and I personally have not received any of them since they replied that it was no longer within their competence.

HO dovuto interpellare io direttamente il fornitore per avere tutti i pezzi di ricambio richiesti (Valcucine). Volevamo una consulenza per il rifacimento della pannellature della cucina ma la consulente era indisponibile nonostante le varie email.Mi spiace che Valcucine che é una azienda TOP e molto seria si avvalga di dealer cosi scadenti . A year later, I still await the receipt of what was collected in the shop (since the cash register was not working). I had to contact the supplier directly to get all the spare parts required (Valcucine). We wanted a consultation for the renovation of the kitchen paneling but the consultant was unavailable despite the various emails. I am sorry that Valcucine, which is a TOP and very serious company, makes use of such poor dealers.
