★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful funerary chapel with some stunning statuary.
The chapel contains some of the finest marble sculptures anywhere on earth. Particularly famous are the Veiled Christ and the Release from Deception. All of the statuary here is beautiful, but the Release from Deception, showing a man freeing himself from a net, all carved from a single block of marble, is so delicately intricate that it takes the breath away. For those who love sculpture, this is a must. The anatomical engines in the lower levels are also macabrely fascinating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Please note the Museum is one large room where everything is located.
I rated it 4 Stars because we waited in line for almost two hours for tickets to then be told we had to come back that evening to actually go inside.
Online Tickets were not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum is about one fantastic sculpture, maybe two. However it is definetely the Veiled Christ which is is absolutely outstanding. The other i Disillution also imprezie. Please book tickets online otherwise even off season you will wait hours before you enter.

We saw ones of the most beautiful marble pieces of art we ever saw!!!
Visit is short - count on 30 minutes.
One big room basically.
Can only be booked in advance.
I strongly recommand the audio-guide (I can't imagine understanding it all without it). They also have a kids version. Our 8 and 12 years old loved it too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This museum simply houses one of the outstanding sculpture works in the world (plus the anatomical machines) for a ticket worth a €13 ticket including the audio guide.
This is definitely the fairest price ever for such a worthy masterpiece. Despite it's not mandatory, advanced booking is likely the only practical solution for short queueing. I'd recommend being at the museum about 15 minutes earlier than the entrance time on the ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is the only place you visit your trip to Naples will be worthwhile just to see the spectacular Veiled Christ. It left me emotional and breathless. How a man carved this from marble is mindbending.
