Mi rimandano all'assistenza Bosch che non fa la corretta diagnosi. Lo scambiatore sembra bucato ma non passa in garanzia e dopo 2 anni e impossibile che una caldaia possa rompersi. Troppo comodo dire che è il calcare. Se una caldaia ha un sistema corretto di sicurezza interno nn si può arrivare a sostituire un pezzo senza farlo passare in garanzia. Per le caldaie nn c'è alcun tipo di supporto o aiuto.
Professionalism and friendliness but I found myself very bad with the purchase of a 2000 condensing condensing boiler. They refer me to Bosch assistance which does not make the correct diagnosis. The exchanger appears to have holes in it but does not go under warranty and after 2 years it is impossible for a boiler to break. Too comfortable to say it is limestone. If a boiler has a correct internal safety system, it is not possible to replace a part without passing it under warranty. For boilers there is no type of support or help.

If you're wrong you or they don't even change a fitting, this is embarrassing, uncooperative and silly ..... and they are not so patient and courteous ....
