Ho trovato persone competenti e professionali ed un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo sia sulla fornitura che sul montaggio Andrea, il proprietario, è persona cordiale e preparata sempre pronta a risolvere ogni problema. I tecnici inviati dalla MEI si sono rivelati dei veri professionisti rifacendo l’impianto con attenzione badando anche alle rifiniture che tante volte vengono tralasciate. Hanno ascoltato le mie esigenze e trovato le soluzioni ottimali con disponibilità e cordialità. Durante l'installazione hanno sostituito spontaneamente e gratuitamente il sifone malfunzionante del lavabo ed effettuato gratuitamente molti altri piccoli lavoretti non preventivati. Hanno eseguito tutti i lavori con precisione e puntualità. Veramente affidabili e competenti. I bought a Unique air conditioner and a vacuum cleaner. Purtroppo è stato consegnato un kit fumi per un altro modello, la cosa è emersa solo a caldaia installata, ben 2 mesi e mezzo dopo l'acquisto. Riportato il kit in negozio, l'errore è stato immediatamente riconosciuto e mi è stato sostituito senza battere ciglio anzi scusandosi e offrendomi il montaggio da parte di un loro tecnico per la mattina successiva. Ottimo orientamento al cliente, molto soddisfatto nonostante il piccolo inconveniente I purchased a Rinnai boiler complete with fumes kit, the purchase (at the best price I found after numerous calls) with invoice and bank transfer for the deduction was quickly managed by phone and email. Mi hanno anche proposto una meravigliosa asciugatrice a gas RINNAI: non ero convinta di volerla, mentre ora non potrei più farne a meno.
