Simply, very good cordial kindness and humanity, the drs are very human .... and even the most fearful and anxious people like me have the gift of relieving anxiety and in the medical field it is a wonderful thing ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and helpful personnel, all very professional. The COVID19 PCR test however took 50 hours to come back to us rather than the 36 hours advertised on the website. That put a huge amount of stress on my partner and I. We had to start our journey out of Italy before we had any idea if we were positive or not. Thankfully we had some leeway with the travel so in the end it all worked out but I would be careful if you're counting on the 36h.
