Sottolineo che sono un soggetto con gestosi e minacce d aborto.Specificato alla "cortese" operatrice il mio delicato stato, mi è stata respinta più volte la precedenza di entrata invitandomi ,sempre con "cortesia", a prendere il mio numerino ed attendere il mio turno (suppergiù 40 persone prima di me). Io non contesto la mancanza di uno sportello rosa (di cui altri laboratori analisi dispongono) ma la mancanza di sensibilità , delicatezza ,noncuranza, e l omologazione dei casi. Per sicurezza li effettuo anch'io ma in ospedale e sono negativi. Mia moglie ripete gli stessi esami in ospedale e sono negativi (????). Torno al laboratorio Salus e chiedo chiarimenti, e mi dicono che i loro macchinari non sbagliano. Dopo anni, mia moglie ripete gli stessi esami in ospedale a Catanzaro e sono negativi. Ritorno al laboratorio chiedendo chiarimenti come mai due ospedali diversi mi danno negativo e per i loro macchinari era positivo. Contro un muro non si può fare nulla. Non ho voluto insistere più di tanto. Non ci tornerò di sicuro!!! I connect to the local guide Stefania Po. My wife underwent tests before a diagnostic assessment and the same, for them, were positive. For safety I do them too but in the hospital and they are negative. My wife repeats the same tests in the hospital and they are negative (????). I go back to the Salus laboratory and ask for clarification, and they tell me that their machinery is not wrong. After years, my wife repeats the same tests in the hospital in Catanzaro and they are negative. I return to the laboratory asking for clarification why two different hospitals give me negative and for their machinery it was positive. Against a wall nothing can be done. I didn't want to insist that much. I will not go back for sure !!!
R	Rosa Maria Laganà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un otorinolaringoiatra e lavoro a Milano, volevo raggiungere i miei a Reggio Calabria e ovviamente volevo eseguire prima i test immunologici per la ricerca degli anticorpi per il covid-19 in modo da non correre alcun rischio. Ho contattato il centro prima della partenza da milano per prenotare, sono stati gentilissimi, mi hanno spiegato che non avevo bisogno della prenotazione, sono arrivata alle ore 10:50 della mattina dopo una partenza in auto notturna per evitare di fermarsi in qualunque posto senza aver eseguito i test, mi hanno immediatamente fatto i test e in DUE ORE...DUE lo ripeto !!! In due ore mi sono arrivati i risultati sulla mail. I miei complimenti, gentili e veloci. I am an otolaryngologist and I work in Milan, I wanted to reach my parents in Reggio Calabria and obviously I wanted to first perform the immunological tests to search for antibodies to covid-19 so as not to run any risk. I contacted the center before leaving Milan to book, they were very kind, they explained to me that I didn't need a reservation, I arrived at 10:50 in the morning after a departure by night car to avoid stopping anywhere without having performed the tests, they immediately tested me and in TWO HOURS ... TWO I repeat it !!! In two hours I got the results on the email. My compliments, kind and fast.

In fila all'apertura e con prenotazione unisalute confermata ma rifiutata dall'operatore perché avrebbe perso 30 minuti per i dati sul sistema e fuori c'era la fila e doveva smaltirla (e ci sono 3 sportelli di accettazione di cui 2 che avrebbero continuato a smaltire le 15 persone in fila fuori). Resto senza parole per la poca professionalità. Chi è in fila sa di dover aspettare, funziona così... Ho annullato tutto ed ho preferito cambiare laboratorio. Bad experience and lack of professionalism in acceptance. In line at the opening and with unisalute reservation confirmed but rejected by the operator because he would have lost 30 minutes for the data on the system and outside there was the line and he had to dispose of it (and there are 3 acceptance counters, 2 of which would have continued to dispose of the 15 people lined up outside). I am speechless for the lack of professionalism. Those in line know they have to wait, that's how it works ... I canceled everything and I preferred to change the laboratory.

Test antigenique effectué dans les deux narines, 30 min plus tard on m apportait mon résultat imprimé. ? Excellent! Quick pick up, staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Antigenic test carried out in both nostrils, 30 min later they brought me my printed result. ?
