★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso sono soddisfatto. Unico consiglio . Nn rivolgetevi alla signora alla reception più alta ed al momento con i capelli scuri. È decisamente indisponente.
Overall I am satisfied. Only advice. Do not ask the lady at the highest reception and currently with dark hair. It is definitely irrelevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza disastrosa !non ci metterò più piede .Prima di tutto arrivo al reception e chiedo di voler fare le analisi del sangue ma anche un preventivo e l'infermiera mi risponde scocciata che deve fare due lavori ,il preventivo e l accettazione,mi infastidisco perché mi chiedo se non hai voglia di fare il tuo lavoro allora posso andare da un altra parte ma faccio finta di niente.Dopo mentre sto facendo il prelievo rimango scioccata:ad un certo punto l infermiera mi dice che,secondo lei , sono troppo tesa e che non mi esce il sangue da poter fare il prelievo e mi cambia braccio ,insiste ancora dicendo questa cosa(a me risultava molto strana)poi dopo 5 min capisce che invece era la provetta fallata !finito il prelievo mi dice di andare a ritirare le analisi in sede,io le chiedo se mi posso stampare i risultati a casa e lei si innervosisce dicendo che deve fare ancora un altra pratica!
Disastrous experience! I will never set foot there. First of all I arrive at the reception desk and ask to want to do blood tests but also an estimate and the nurse replies with annoyance that she has to do two jobs, the estimate and acceptance, I get annoyed because I I ask if you don't want to do your job then I can go somewhere else but I pretend nothing. After I am taking the sample I am shocked: at a certain point the nurse tells me that, according to her, I am too tense and that I do not get the blood I can take the blood sample and it changes my arm, it still insists saying this thing (to me it was very strange) then after 5 min it understands that instead it was the failed tube! finished the sampling tells me to go to withdraw the analyzes in the office, I ask you if I can print the results at home and you get nervous saying you have to do another practice!

Excellent experience every time, I found availability, courtesy and a lot of sweetness with my baby. I received the results always in a short time and on request also via email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per la signora riccia in reception molto scortese un modo di fare veramente brutto... Gli vorrei ricordare che essendo un centro privato e quindi la gente paga per venire lì da voi, magari di cambiare gli atteggiamenti perché poi la gente sarà costretta come me andare in altri centri a fare gli esami... e cmq me e famiglia completa non ci vedete più!!!
Too bad for the curly lady at the reception very rude a really bad way ... I would like to remind him that being a private center and therefore people pay to come there to you, maybe to change attitudes because then people will be forced like me go to other centers to take exams ... and cmq me and the whole family don't see us anymore !!!

Anche per me è stata la prima e ultima esperienza in questo centro diagnostico.
Voto una stella poiché 0 non esiste.
Very rude and annoyed staff, especially the very rude and rude receptionist.
For me too it was the first and last experience in this diagnostic center.
I rate a star since 0 does not exist.
