Un servizio a domicilio efficace. Uno dei pochi ad avere delle schede a disposizione del pubblico per segnalare eventuali criticità e/o malcontenti. All'avanguardia sotto ogni aspetto, dagli esami di laboratorio più disparati, alla gestione dei pazienti: dall'accettazione alla consegna dei referti, con particolare attenzione alle fasce sociali: donne incinta, quote rosa ecc. Per i più esigenti è anche disponibile l'app (IOS ed Android), da scaricare sul proprio cell, per ritirare i risultati online. Un punto debole è la sala di attesa che risulta leggermente piccola, soprattutto al mattino, per la presenza di numerosi pazienti in attesa di prelievo, sinonimo di grande fiducia del pubblico. Ho fatto i miei dovuti reclami ma devo dire che sono stati Sordi. Andare a fare un tampone a pagamento e vedersi trattare così mi sembra veramente ignobile. Perchè questa delicatezza, questa gentilezza ed i sorrisi del personale è roba oggi molto rara e in una giornata capita che solo persone così ti danno un senso! Io mi ci trovo benissimo e davvero lo consiglio, un laboratorio moderno che, come già riscontrato in altri commenti, pecca solo per i ridotti spazi per l'attesa evidentemente magari locali più grandi forse non è stato mai possibile reperirli , oppure può essere anche una scelta volutamente strategica data la posizione.
