Ho avuto necessità di contattare MRG per avere un supporto per problemi di registrazione del cambio e si sono dimostarti gentili e disponibili a darmi supporto. Sicuramente se abitassi vicino sarei andato a chiedere supporto in loco, ma abitando a quasi 1000Km ho optato per la telefonata e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Grazie davvero per tutto e lo consiglio a tutti MRG BIKE.
I bought a Bianchi DUEL bicycle from MRG and I was really happy with it. Fast shipping, flawless packaging. I needed to contact MRG for support for gear registration problems and they were kind and willing to give me support. Surely if I lived nearby I would have gone to ask for support on site, but living at almost 1000Km I opted for the phone call and I was very satisfied. Thank you so much for everything and I recommend MRG BIKE to everyone.

Ha rispettato i tempi dichiarati, è sempre stato disponibile agli aggiornamenti e all assistenza telefonica durante le fasi di acquisto, sempre gentile anche a merce spedita per interessarsi nella parte finale del tragitto. Bike arrivata ben imballata in ogni suo dettaglio!! Consigliatissimo
excellent seller, we did not know, we totally trusted despite being hundreds of km away. He respected the deadlines, he was always available for updates and telephone assistance during the purchase phases, always kind even to goods sent to be interested in the final part of the journey. Piena soddisfazione per la scelta del vettore di spedizione visto che con un blasonato corriere ho dovuto rinunciare alla consegna per i disservizi perpetrati e finalizzati ad ottenere ulteriori autorizzazioni da parte del mittente, con ogni probabilità di tipo oneroso. Per quanto concerne il sito, sono graditi più dettagli.
The e-commerc with MRG Bike has met expectations. Full satisfaction with the choice of the shipping carrier given that with a noble courier I had to give up delivery for the inefficiencies perpetrated and aimed at obtaining further authorizations from the sender, in all probability of an onerous type.
