Il giorno ha cominciato con il proprietario dicendomi che la mia bici del decathlon no era buena... Qué non era posibile utilizare questa marca per fare viaggio, a pesar de que noi le raccontiamo il nostro viaggio per più de 5 Mil km per tutta la Italia portando 60 kilogrammi ognuno! Poi mi ha voluto farci pagare €20 pero cambiaré una cámara d'aria. (A la fine mi ha fatto pagare €15; bravo ragazzo per sostituire la cámara d'aria....) Penso io que la mala attenzione e per che noi no possiamo spendere molto denaro y le serve un'altra clase de clienti.... Noi no los consigliamo a nessuno per che solo ha la voglia de guadagnare soldi! NO TIP these store !!!!!! I had a bad day at this store. F	Frank Melo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito e sicuramente adatto per chi cerca bici di prestigio peccato che il titolare Marcello sia una persona più dedita agli affari che alla cura dei clienti. Davanti ad alla richiesta di un reso di una bici di 250€ comprata 4 giorni prima si rifiutava di farmi un reso su un'altra bici a prescindere. Davanti alla mia richiesta di aggiungere una piccola differenza giusto per risarcirlo di pneumatici e altra robetta leggermente usurata mi chiedeva da vero strozzino 100€ su un'altra bici e una soltanto! Di tutte quelle che aveva in negozio perché a suo dire "le altre costavano troppo di più" anche se c'erano diverse bici esposte di mio interesse allo stesso prezzo della mia. È vero la mia bici era usata e come tale gliela avrei dovuta cedere ma oltre che dimostrarsi un maleducato ha saputo essere un vero strozzino. Ops volevo dire uomo d'affari. E pensare che non ho acquistato la bici alla decathlon (Dove fanno sempre il reso nella prima settimana) perché ci tengo ad incoraggiare l'economia del piccolo commerciale. Non deluso di più. P.s. all'acquisto della bici mi chiede di tornare dopo un ora perché "deve metterla a puntino". Torno a riprendere la bici e mentre ero su strada per poco non mi ammazzo perché il signor massimo oltre all'inclinazione del sellino non aveva stretto nemmeno l'asse del manubrio. P.s. when buying the bike he asks me to come back after an hour because "he has to get it right". I go back to get my bike back and while I was on the road I almost kill myself because Mr. Massimo, in addition to the inclination of the seat, had not even tightened the handlebar axis. Io sono ritornata dopo una settimana dicendogli che non mi trovavo proprio comoda con quella bici e volevo cambiarla. Non ha categoricamente voluto! Persona attaccata ai soldi. La borraccia che andava a con la bici me l'ha fatta pagare a parte €20!!! Sconsigliatissimo. The store owner handed me a male MB telling me that the female ones didn't produce them anymore! I came back a week later telling him that I wasn't really comfortable with that bike and I wanted to change it. He did not categorically wanted! Person attached to money. The bottle that went with the bike made me pay € 20 separately !!! Sconsigliatissimo.

Non mi ha voluto ascoltare dicendo che posso rivolgermi solo al mio rivenditore (ad Ostuni). Volevo comprare da lui olio per catena, chiedergli se fosse il caso di cambiare il freno o altro. Si è voltato in modo scorbutico ed arrogante. Non entrerò mai più in quel negozio ne lo consiglierò a nessuno. Non Si trattano così le persone, anche se non sono già clienti! I went in to ask for an opinion on the maintenance of my bike (NOT bought by him). He did not want to listen to me saying that I can only contact my dealer (in Ostuni).
