Il servizio in se è rapido - la revisione è durata pochi minuti - ma non lavorano su appuntamento, costringendoti comunque ad aspettare oltre mezz'ora se non si ha la fortuna di trovare l'officina semivuota.
L'ambiente ha degli spazi molto piccoli al punto che uno dei titolari, nel fare manovra con la mia auto per metterla sulla postazione, ha lesionato uno dei fanali posteriori della mia BMW (che non è rotto ma ha delle crepe da lieve impatto, probabilmente contro qualche sporgenza).
La cosa seccante è che mi hanno vigliaccamente nascosto il fatto (io ero nella saletta di attesa) e me ne sono accorto solo qualche ora dopo essermene andato via.
Davvero poco professionali, li avevo scelti perché sono in città ma non tornerò più: per il danno all'auto prima di tutto e poi perché ci sono centri revisione nella zona industriale che, anche se fuori mano, ti consentono di fissare l'appuntamento e concludere l'operazione in un quarto d'ora circa.
Definitely not recommended.
The service itself is quick - the overhaul took a few minutes - but they don't work by appointment, forcing you to wait over half an hour if you are not lucky enough to find the workshop half empty.
The environment has very small spaces to the point that one of the owners, in maneuvering my car to put it on the station, damaged one of the rear lights of my BMW (which is not broken but has some slight impact cracks, probably against some ledge).
The annoying thing is that they cowardly concealed the fact from me (I was in the waiting room) and I only realized it a few hours after I left.
Really unprofessional, I had chosen them because they are in the city but I will never return: for the damage to the car first of all and then because there are inspection centers in the industrial area which, even if out of the way, allow you to make an appointment and complete the operation in about a quarter of an hour.
