Radschloss funktionierte nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr, sie wollten es nur gegen Kassabeleg anschauen. Als ich anbot ihnen den Bankbeleg zu zeigen wurde stur auf dem Bon beharrt. Keine Freundlichkeit kein Entgegenkommen kein Gespräch. Da Forbiker ansscheinend auf jeden Kunden verzichten kann, werden sie mich auch nie wieder sehen.

Cafoni e maleducati! In vacanza a Brunico abbiamo avuto un problema con le bici elettriche. Ci siamo rivolti alla loro officina ma non ci hanno nemmeno fatto entrare dicendo che non avevano tempo. Davvero un servizio pessimo. Da evitare assolutamente.

Avevo la bici guasta, non mi hanno nemmeno ascoltato per conoscerne il malfunzionamento. Siamo andati in un'altra officina ed in 10 minuti hanno cambiato il pezzo. L'educazione non è di casa, e pensare che in alternativa, se non si aggiustava la bici, volevamo prenderne una a noleggio. Piuttosto che dargli dei soldi vado a piedi.

Porto la mia MTB per un semplice spurgo freno posteriore dopo una telefonata in cui mi si garantiva un prezzo per il servizio dai 15/30€. Quindi porto la bici specificando di aver appena cambiato le pastiglie dei freni, fatto confermato anche dal meccanico che l'ha presa in carico... Dopo pochi giorni ricevo un messaggio di pronta consegna della bici. Mi ritrovo quindi a dover pagare 46€ per 2 pastiglie nuove (quando normalmente costano intorno ai 16/20€) e un totale del lavoro di 85€. Dopo le proteste per aver gettato via le mie pastiglie nuove l'unica cos che mi hanno detto è stata "prossima volta lo sai". Una prossima volta sicuramente non ci sarà sicuramente! ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO Ich nehme mein MTB zum einfachen Entlüften der Hinterradbremse nach einem Telefonat, bei dem mir ein Preis für den Service von 15/30€ zugesagt wurde. Also bringe ich das Rad mit der Angabe, dass ich gerade die Bremsbeläge gewechselt habe, was mir auch der Mechaniker bestätigt hat... Nach ein paar Tagen bekomme ich eine prompte Liefermeldung für das Rad. Also muss ich 46€ (kosten normalerweise um die 15/20€) für 2 neue Bremsbeläge und einen Gesamtaufwand von 85 € bezahlen. Nach den Protesten, weil ich meine neuen Pads weggeworfen hatten, sagten sie mir nur: "Das nächste Mal weißt du". Ein nächstes Mal wird es definitiv nicht geben! Ho acquistato oggi la mia Cube 120EX. Ottima comunicazione con il negozio (tramite mail e telefono), eccellente assistenza il giorno del ritiro (offrivano anche la spedizione se necessario). Bel negozio e fantastica officina. Tutto il personale professionale e molto cordiale. Grazie di cuore

During a bicycle tour around Europe I took my bike for a new cassette, chain and a replacement spoke. I was charged €150 and the gears are worse than they were when I had the old chain on. I told them when dropping off the bike that I would be leaving for the next part of my journey so they knew I wouldn’t be able to come back again. I called to ask for help or a partial refund so I can take it to another bike shop but they said they do not do that and wouldn’t help. Try elsewhere as there are a few other bike shops in Bruneck.
