★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati la settimana prima di Natale per un preventivo cucina, soggiorno e camera, l’addetto ci ha fatto sedere e ci ha chiesto quello che ci sarebbe piaciuto. I preventivi sarebbero dovuti arrivare in 3 settimane. La penultima settimana di gennaio non avendo ricevuto nulla, abbiamo contattato il negozio, che ci ha risposto scusandosi del ritardo causa feste di Natale e covid, e chiedendoci di pazientare altre 3 settimane. Ad oggi, 6 Marzo, non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. A fine Febbraio abbiamo riscritto al negozio che non ha nemmeno risposto.
Molto gentile il personale in loco, ma mancanza di serietà. Abbiamo perso un pomeriggio per discutere con il venditore e non abbiamo visto neanche un preventivo.
We went the week before Christmas for a quote for the kitchen, living room and bedroom, the clerk made us sit down and asked us what we would like. The quotes were supposed to arrive in 3 weeks. The penultimate week of January having received nothing, we contacted the shop, which replied apologizing for the delay due to Christmas holidays and covid, and asking us to wait another 3 weeks. As of today, March 6, we have not received anything. At the end of February we rewrote the shop which hasn't even answered.
Very kind staff on site, but lack of seriousness. We wasted an afternoon arguing with the seller and didn't even see a quote.
