M	Miguel Sotomayor Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si passeggia per un bellissimo bosco, percorso lungo ma non troppo difficile, ma vi sono varie salite e discese dopo metà percorso, cascata molto bella e d'impatto visivo, alcuni tratti molto fangosi ma dipende dal periodo dell'anno. You walk through a beautiful forest, a long but not too difficult route, but there are various climbs and descents after half the route, a very beautiful waterfall with a visual impact, some very muddy sections but it depends on the time of year.
a	andrea cieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si arriva in macchina fino al camping dove c’è parcheggio oppure lasciare l’auto vicino l’hotel e poi proseguire a piedi .. arrivati al camping ci sono due sentieri uno va verso un’altra cascata ma è poco segnalato .. per la morricana bisogna prendere il sentiero a destra affianco al camping .. c’è una strada bracciata dov’è molte persone vanno in auto ma è vietato e poi la strada non è molto buono quindi la sconsiglio .. si prosegue questa strada per un paio di chilometri poi si arriva al vero e proprio sentireo che inizia a salire per arrivare alla cascata .. ci sono molti punti dove bisogna attraversare ruscelli e certi punti in salita se è bagnato è molto scivoloso .. sono circa 7km ci vuole un 2.30 h dipende da come si cammina il periodo consigliato e maggio dove si scioglie la neve e la cascata ha la massima portata d’acqua You arrive by car to the campsite where there is parking or leave the car near the hotel and then continue on foot .. arrived at the campsite there are two paths one goes towards another waterfall but it is poorly marked .. for the morricana you have to take the path on the right next to the campsite .. there is an armful road where many people go by car but it is forbidden and then the road is not very good so I do not recommend it .. continue this road for a couple of kilometers then you get to the real feel that starts to climb to get to the waterfall .. there are many points where you have to cross streams and some uphill points if it is wet it is very slippery .. they are about 7km it takes 2.30 h depends on as you walk the recommended period is May where the snow melts and the waterfall has the maximum water flow
S	Spartako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo stupendo. Il tragitto per raggiungere la cascata è interamente all'interno del bosco. La parte iniziale è di facile percorrenza mentre gli ultimi due chilometri il sentiero (contraddistinto bianco/rosso) è più impegnativo ma nulla di proibitivo. Ne vale la pena per poter ammirare la cascata (in questo periodo poca acqua) e rilassarsi immersi nella natura. Gorgeous place. The route to reach the waterfall is entirely inside the forest. The initial part is easy to walk while the last two kilometers the path (marked white / red) is more demanding but nothing prohibitive. It is worth it to be able to admire the waterfall (in this period there is little water) and relax surrounded by nature.

Circa 28km di camminata tra andata e ritorno....parte iniziale quasi in pianura..poi un pò più impegnativo... Il sentiero si fa strada tra boschi e ruscelli... Consigliata attrezzatura da trekking! Spectacular! The photos do not make it ... live is something else entirely! About 28km of walking round trip .... initial part almost flat ... then a little more challenging ... P	Paolo Grandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me è una delle più belle cascate della catena dei Monti della laga. Il sentiero per raggiungerle parte dalla località ceppo. Il sentiero è molto facile ed è lungo circa 8 chilometri . Superata la località ceppo ci si dirige verso il camping è da qui a sinistra si va verso località monte dell'Orso e Pizzo di moscio mentre verso destra si va verso la cascata della morricana. Si attraversa il bosco martese un bellissimo bosco pieno di Faggi e di abete bianco. L'ultimo tratto di circa 1 km è in salita ma non troppo ripido. Prima di arrivare a gli stazzi della morricana si incontrano altre cascate. Consiglio di andare nei mesi di maggio quando c'è tantissima acqua In my opinion it is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Monti della Laga chain. The path to reach them starts from the locality ceppo. The trail is very easy and is about 8 kilometers long. After passing the locality strain, head towards the campsite and from here on the left you go towards the locality of Monte dell'Orso and Pizzo di moscio while to the right you go towards the Morricana waterfall. You cross the Martese wood, a beautiful wood full of beech and silver fir. The last stretch of about 1 km is uphill but not too steep. Before arriving at the stazzi della morricana there are other waterfalls. I recommend going in the months of May when there is a lot of water

Le faggete hanno qualcosa di magico Magnificent waterfall of the Monti della Laga. Reachable on foot in 2h30 from the log. I did the first 4 km on a bike and 40 minutes on foot on a trekking route. Beech forests have something magical about them

Facilmente raggiungibile dal Ceppo pur di avere una buona resistenza per percorrere i circa 8km dal piazzale. In alternativa dovrebbe essere possibile acquistare un pass per fare in auto la lunga sterrata ma non ho capito dove comprare il pass. Inoltre la strada è seriamente compromessa in alcuni punti da piccole frane. Comunque ci si arrivi, la cascata ripaga sempre chi la visita in ogni stagione. The Morricana waterfall is one of the symbolic places of the Laga mountains. Easily reachable from the Ceppo in order to have a good resistance to cover the approximately 8km from the square. Alternatively it should be possible to buy a pass to drive the long dirt road but I didn't understand where to buy the pass. Furthermore, the road is seriously compromised in some places by small landslides. However you get there, the waterfall always pays off those who visit it in every season.
