G	Graziana Troisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Calanchi sono uno spettacolo affascinante. Consiglio di arrivare al centro visite per godere della vista sia sui calanchi che sull città di Atri. Sconsiglio l'anello completo di circa 6 chilometri. Il tratto iniziale è molto bello perché si possono osservare i calanchi. Proseguendo la strada diventa monotona e l'ultimo tratto è in salita. Ideale da percorrere in mountain bike perché tutto l'anello é su strada brecciata e in due tratti asfaltata. Io ho percorso l'intero anello e ho avuto modo di osservare tanti Ragni-vespa, alcuni rapaci, farfalle e diverse piante. Il sentiero è tutto esposto quindi in estate meglio farlo al mattino presto o alla sera. Portatevi almeno un litro di acqua. Sul percorso non c'è niente. The Calanques are a fascinating spectacle. I recommend arriving at the visitor center to enjoy the view of both the gullies and the city of Atri. I do not recommend the complete ring of about 6 kilometers. The initial stretch is very beautiful because you can observe the gullies. Continuing the road becomes monotonous and the last stretch is uphill. Ideal for mountain biking because the whole ring is on brecciated road and in two stretches of asphalt. I walked the whole ring and I had the opportunity to observe many Ragni-wasps, some birds of prey, butterflies and various plants. The trail is all exposed so in the summer it is best done early in the morning or in the evening. Bring at least a liter of water. There is nothing on the way.

Peccato sia cresciuta un po' troppo l'erba Pleasant walk seasoned with signs with useful information on the surrounding area. Too bad the grass has grown a bit too much

Il sentiero è percorribile sia a piedi che in automobile, ma consiglio di perc.orrerlo a piedi per apprezzare meglio il paesaggio. Oltre ai suggestivi e caratteristici calanchi, si gode di una bellissima visuale sul Gran Sasso. L'ingresso della Riserva è ben segnalato e la strada per raggiungerlo è asfaltata. Consigliatissimo. Beautiful path surrounded by nature. The path is passable both on foot and by car, but I recommend that you go along it on foot to better appreciate the landscape. In addition to the suggestive and characteristic gullies, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gran Sasso. The entrance to the Reserve is well signposted and the road to reach it is paved. Highly recommended.

Fatto il percorso che parte dalla sinistra fino alla Pietra di S.Paolo della durata di circa un'ora, tra discesa e salita, per tornare indietro (e che salita!). Purtroppo, il Centro Visite era chiuso, ma le indicazioni lungo la strada sono più che chiare. Il percorso è, praticamente, tutto al sole (tranne per un boschetto di conifere lungo la strada), per cui consiglio cappellino e tanta acqua (giunti alla Pietra, per fortuna, c'è una fontanella). Per mancanza di tempo, non ho completato il percorso ad anello, che prosegue oltre e che riconduce al punto di partenza, dove vi è il Centro Visite. Penso valga la pena completare il giro. Amazing natural spectacle. After the path that starts from the left to the Stone of St. Paul lasting about an hour, between descent and ascent, to go back (and what a climb!). Unfortunately, the Visitor Center was closed, but the signs along the road are more than clear. The path is, practically, all in the sun (except for a coniferous grove along the road), for which I recommend the little hat and a lot of water (having reached the Stone, fortunately, there is a fountain). Due to lack of time, I did not complete the circular route, which continues beyond and leads back to the starting point, where there is the Visitor Center. I think it's worth completing the tour.

Sono indicati i 2 tragitti (anello e percorso per la Pietra si San Paolo) ma non lo è invece il fatto che il grosso del percorso completo si articola in mezzo a delle campagne, con relative case, che sinceramente cancellano molto del significato di "riserva". The place is very suggestive but I did not find the directions on the route very useful. The 2 routes are indicated (ring and route for the San Paolo Stone) but the fact that the bulk of the complete route is divided in the middle of the countryside, with related houses, which sincerely erase much of the meaning of "reserve" is not ".

D	Dolcevia Redactie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main walk takes approximately 2 hours best in the early Spring. In summers and in fact from June the path is quite busy with hikers. The views are spectacular, on clear days over the bay of Santa Margherita one can see the Norman town of Drive perched on the hilltop. There aren't many places to stop and have a picnic as the winding path along the sea is narrow and steep.
