Sono entrata per acquistare un abito per la festa di compleanno di mia figlia e sono uscita con un guardaroba nuovo. Gli assistenti di vendita sono stati impeccabili! Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza di acquisto.
I'm a huge MONNALISA fan, but in this shop I really felt like I was in the world of fairy tales. I went in to buy a dress for my daughter's birthday party and came out with a new wardrobe. The sales assistants were flawless! I recommend this shopping experience to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter 7 Jahre alt kennt Monnalisa von Nizza und wollte das Geschäft besuchen. Die zwei Angestellten verweigerten uns den Eintritt ins Geschäft, da maximal 4 Personen rein dürfen gemäss Schild am Eingang. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, das Personal verwies uns erneut aus dem Geschäfts, auf die Frage ob vielleicht eine Person vom Personal raus gehen könnte, war die Überforderung erreicht und es wurde Seitens Personal unfreundlich. Schade, dass die Dienstleistung nicht vorhanden ist.
My daughter 7 years old knows Monnalisa from Nice and wanted to visit the shop. The two employees refused us entry into the shop, since a maximum of 4 people are allowed in according to the sign at the entrance. We were two adults and two children, the staff referred us out of the business again, when asked if one of the staff could go out, the overwhelm was reached and the staff became unfriendly. It is a pity that the service is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop was empty, with two employees. I got in with my two children and they asked my 5 year old daughter to wait outside. Because maximum of 4 people allowed in the shop. Who should leave? One of the employees or my 5 year old daughter? Unbelievable. Covid is not an excuse for poor service, specially when you are prepared to spend a lot of money in children’s clothing.
