★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCROYABLE. Expérience client juste parfait les vendeurs sont très accueillants surtout un qui parler français avec qui ont a bien rigoler tout en restant très professionnel et serviable. Il nous a même noter des restaurants qui était sympa à Rome c’est vraiment une personne formidable juste pour ça allez acheter à Kenzo je recommande vivement !
 INCREDIBLE. Just perfect customer experience, the sellers are very welcoming, especially one who speaks French with whom they have a good laugh while remaining very professional and helpful. He even noted restaurants which was nice in Rome, he's really a great person just for that, go buy at Kenzo, I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store with a lot of choice. We bought a nice sweatshirt, one of the brand ‘s famous model. Nothing to deplore regarding the quality.
However, we were extremely disapointed by the service. We forgot our umbrella and came the day after at the store opening with the umbrella’s case which has exactly the same pattern.
The staff did not believe us and we had to force to get it back after several minutes of discussion.
It is a pity to be treated like that on such a « luxury store ».
We will for sure not come back and do not recommend at all this shop.
