Uno era spento e gli altri due erano sempre occupati nonostante il poco movimento durante la pandemia. Dopo che ormai ero congelata, vista la temperatura invernale alla sera, ho deciso di raggiungere il parcheggio con un taxi per ricuperare la mia macchina. Ho chiesto il rimborso di 20 euro spesi per 5 minuti di strada (la tariffa minima del taxi è di 20 euro) ma i proprietari hanno rifiutato dicendo che il telefono funziona! In effetti quando ero già lì, ibernata dal freddo, il telefono “miracolosamente” funzionava. Un parcheggio serio non può permettersi di avere tre numeri irragiunggibili per un'ora. Ho fatto una quarantina di chiamate in più ho chiamato altri numeri per essere certa che il mio cellulare funzionasse. Davvero pessima esperienza nonostante all’andata sembrassero molto gentili e disponibili. To avoid !!!! Upon returning, I tried to call the three available numbers for an hour. One was off and the other two were always busy despite little movement during the pandemic. After I was now frozen, given the winter temperature in the evening, I decided to reach the parking lot with a taxi to retrieve my car. I asked for a refund of 20 euros spent for 5 minutes on the road (the minimum taxi fare is 20 euros) but the owners refused saying that the phone works! In fact, when I was already there, hibernating from the cold, the phone "miraculously" worked. A serious parking lot cannot afford to have three numbers unreachable for an hour. I made about forty more calls and called other numbers to make sure my cell phone worked. Really bad experience even though they seemed very kind and helpful on the first leg.

Uma vez que os clientes têm de deixar o carro com a respectiva chave e são os funcionários que arrumam a viatura, eu fiz questão de perguntar quantos kms são necessários para colocar o carro no estacionamento e para o retirar. Deixei claro ter conhecimento dos kms que o meu carro possui. No entanto, duas semanas depois, quando fui buscar o carro à saída, encontrava-se no modo desportivo (Sport +) em vez do modo normal (Comfort), certamente alteraram para ouvirem o barulho do carro. E ainda possuía um risco na porta. Não recomendo. First and last time I leave my car in this park. Since customers have to leave the car with the respective key and it is the employees who store the vehicle, I asked how many kms it takes to put the car in the parking lot and to retrieve it. I made it clear that I am aware of the kms that my car has. However, two weeks later, when I picked up the car at the exit, it was in sport mode (Sport +) instead of normal mode (Comfort), they certainly changed to hear the car noise. And there was still a scratch on the door. I do not recommend.
M	Marti Brus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili, simpatici e veloci. Il volo ha tardato di 2 h e 30 min e di conseguenza la mia sosta ha superato la mezzanotte, ma non mi hanno fatto pagare l'extra. Ottimo!! Kind, nice and fast. The flight was delayed by 2 h and 30 min and consequently my stop was past midnight, but they did not charge me the extra. Great!!
