Poi ho sentito Igor altre volte per delle info ed è sempre stato disponibile! Ormai è diventato il mio negozio di riferimento sia per i futuri acquisti sia per le prox manutenzioni. Davvero professionali! Consigliatissimo. I did the positioning of the bdc and the mtb. Never been so good on my bikes. Then I heard Igor other times for info and he has always been available! It has now become my reference store for both future purchases and prox maintenance. Really professional! Highly recommended.

Più potenza in salita, zero problemi alla schiena. Complimenti a Igor. Tra un mese ripasserò per la seconda tornata di setting. I went for a biodynamic test ... in just over an hour he set my MTB up ... and changed my life on the bike. More power on the climb, zero back problems. Congratulations to Igor. Da Zerolite, il proprietario Igor Zaggia ha dimostrato una competenza totale ed una velocità nell’eseguire la riparazione che ci ha lasciato stupefatti. Il prezzo infine, davvero onesto. Un professionista ineccepibile con un bel negozio! We brought a full carbon racing Wilier to the Zerolite after a well-known bike shop in Albignasego had given it back to us, unable to repair it (still charging for the intervention). At Zerolite, the owner Igor Zaggia demonstrated total competence and speed in carrying out the repair that left us amazed. Finally, the price is really honest. A flawless professional with a nice shop!

Ho acquistato una sueso l'anno scorso, ma sono iniziati subito dei problemi. La guarnitura campagnolo che avevamo concordato si è rivelata non compatibile con il telaio !!!!! ok malgrado tutto abbiamo ripiegato su altro. Problemi con freni pulsanti. Dopo ben 4 mie uscite presso officina e ultimatum si sono decisi di provare a sostituire i dischi, problema risolto. E per finire acquistato set di gomme tubles con camera d'aria perché dopo tre uscite in officina e una settimana di fermo sempre in officina sono passato a ritirarla pensando fosse tutto ok anche se non sono stato avvisato telefonicamente e invece scopro che siamo al punto di partenza. TROPPO TROPPO IMPEGNATO ANCHE PER UNA SEMPLICE TELEFONATA. Scusate se vi ho fatto perdere tempo ragazzi, e buon lavoro. What a disappointment. TOO (good for you) busy to follow after sales clients seriously I have been patient but I see that things have not changed. I bought a sueso last year, but the problems started right away. The campagnolo crankset that we had agreed on turned out to be not compatible with the frame !!!!! ok despite everything we have fallen back on something else. Problems with pulsating brakes. After 4 of my visits to the workshop and ultimatum they decided to try to replace the discs, problem solved. And finally, I bought a set of tubles tires with inner tubes because after three outings in the workshop and a week of stoppage in the workshop, I went to collect it thinking everything was ok even if I was not notified by phone and instead I discover that we are at the point of departure. TOO TOO BUSY EVEN FOR A SIMPLE PHONE CALL. Sorry if I wasted your time guys, and good work.

S	Steven Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting friends in Italy about a year ago and was recommended Zerolite as a place to purchase a Wilier road bike. I purchased a bicycle from Igor and explained to him that I was flying back with it and wanted to claim VAT. Once at the airport I found out that he had given me the wrong form, after many attempts to reach him by phone Igor finally answered and got me the form I needed. My VAT form was stamped and completed but I have yet to receive my VAT refund. I have made contact with Igor many times and was assured that it would be sent, he has since stopped responding to my emails and has had no communication and no refund. It has been over a year since this took place and I am very disappointed in this customer service. Unfortunately I can not recommend this as a place to purchase a bicycle and feel as though there are other great places within the area to purchase.
