Reason: they made a mistake while i arrive the last thuesday (wrong arrival date) but the last 4-5 weeks i use their Services a same time...
Idont get back my money i only get the voucher for next time washing... Maybe they can made!!!
They had 4 days for cleaning...
Any compensation...
