In passato ho provato altri parcheggi e non c'è paragone, gli altri offrono un servizio, QUESTO NO!!! Bad service: more than 20 min waiting for the shuttle, car not ready and parking too far from Malpensa airport. A ritorno, basta una telefonata, e in tempo breve, circa 20 minuti ti mandano un microbus per riprenderti. Consiglio perché sono bravi e fanno prezzi più bassi rispetto altri La chiave lo tenuto io . Ho pagato per avere un posto auto in un parcheggio coperto ma la mia auto è stata posteggiata all'aperto. La mia macchina è dotata di dashcam che ha ripreso tutto l'accaduto (auto spostata all'aperto pochi minuto dopo la consegna e riportata al coperto alle ore 6 del mattino in cui era previsto il mio ritorno). Visto il loro comportamento sconsiglio il parcheggio Kingparking malpensa dato che come è capitato a me può capitare a tutti, tra l'altro aggiungo che è successo in un periodo con bassa affluenza.... Looking4parking in ogni caso non ha effettuato il rimborso dell'anticipo pagato per la prenotazione. Bad experience with the parking booked through looking4parking. Richiedo il parcheggio coperto, che mi confermano e pago la caparra che loro richiedono. Parcheggio selezionato KingParking dì Malpensa. Udite udite! Il 4 Agosto Looking4Parking mi manda un promemoria con tutti i dati che mi ricorda che devo portare la macchina da loro. Tutto ok. A 14 ore dalla mia partenza mi chiama il Parcheggio KingParking dicendomi che non possono darmi il parcheggio coperto perché hanno fatto degli errori e non hanno posto. Possono metterne solo all’esterno o restituirmi la caparra... SONO RIDICOLI È più comodo e conveniente prendere le nuove prenotazioni che costano il doppio di quella da me pagata e mettere in crisi uno che 8 mesi prima ha pagato meno della metà di quello che costa oggi. Sono poco seri, poco professionali è assolutamente inaffidabili.
