G	Giovanni Arneodo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato la mia BMW 320 per 1 settimana al parcheggio coperto, ed al ritorno ho notato alcune striature su un lato del paraurti. L'ho segnalato al personale, il quale mi ha detto che mi avrebbero contattato al più presto. Sono rientrato a casa pensando che non sarei mai stato rimborsato, invece, il giorno dopo, la titolare stessa mi ha detto che avevano controllato con le telecamere ed avevano già fatto fare una perizia del danno, che coincideva con il preventivo del mio carrozziere. Il giorno dopo ancora sono già stato rimborsato!! Questo è serietà e professionalità, cose ormai rare!! Consiglio a tutti questo parcheggio. I left my BMW 320 for 1 week in the covered parking, and on the way back I noticed some streaks on one side of the bumper. I reported it to the staff, who told me they would contact me asap. I returned home thinking that I would never be reimbursed, however, the next day, the owner herself told me that they had checked with the cameras and had already had a report on the damage done, which coincided with the estimate of my body shop. The next day I have already been refunded !! This is seriousness and professionalism, now rare things !! I recommend this parking to everyone.

Dopo una pessima esperienza oltre i limiti della legalità con un altro servizio analogo, questo parcheggio è stato una bella scoperta. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti sicuri e abbiamo viaggiato con serenità. Per il prossimo viaggio già sappiamo che parcheggio prenotare! :) Nuovamente grazie e a presto! Excellent service! F	Fulvio Gorraz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo mi sono ritrovato la macchina con 2 ammaccature e un'ampia strisciata sulla parte posteriore del lato guidatore. La macchina era posizionata all'esterno (non ho trovato posti coperti) nell'angolo buio del piazzale con la parte danneggiata sul lato opposto alla luce. Noi siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte e stanchi non ci siamo accorti del danno subito, la constatazione è avvenuta solo quando siamo arrivati a casa. Ovviamente non sono stato rimborsato del danno, anche se è stato segnalato, ne sono stato ricontattato dalla titolare come promesso dall'impiegato a cui ho telefonato. Vorrei solamente dare un consiglio a questi gestori: molti parcheggi ti posizionano la macchina vicino all'uscita sotto le luci in modo che si possa controllare facilmente l'auto. In questo caso il gestore mi ha solamente dato le chiavi e sono andato a ritirarmi l'auto dove era posteggiata. Sicuramente non utilizzero' piu' VIParking. Unfortunately I found the car with 2 dents and a large strip on the back of the driver's side. The machine was positioned outside (I did not find any covered seats) in the dark corner of the square with the damaged part on the side opposite the light. We arrived after midnight and tired we did not notice the damage suffered, the finding occurred only when we arrived home. Obviously I have not been reimbursed for the damage, even if it was reported, I was contacted by the owner as promised by the employee to whom I phoned. I would just like to give advice to these managers: many parking places you the car near the exit under the lights so that you can easily check the car. In this case the manager only gave me the keys and I went to pick up the car where it was parked. I certainly won't use VIParking anymore.

Servizio sia in uscita che al rientro celere e professionale. Lasciato il possesso delle chiavi auto al proprietario. Accompagnamento con navetta immediato all'aeroporto all'andata e prelevamento al ritorno. Il tutto al costo di 40 euro. Ottimo tutto. Really an excellent service. Cars parked for three nights in a brand new warehouse with covered and guarded parking spaces, spacious and comfortable. Service both outgoing and speedy and professional return. Ownership of the car keys left. Accompanying with immediate shuttle to the airport on the outward journey and withdrawal on return. All at a cost of 40 euros. Great everything.
