You have the possibility of leaving your car indoors or outdoors and as well if keeping the keys or not. the only downside of it is that they are not very flexible with times, just for one hour they charge you an extra day.

The woman at the drop-off is unhelpful and even insulting, and the navette takes ages to arrive at both ends. On arrival (after paying) I was told to wait outside (in the sun, no shelter or seating) for the navette as it was 'arrivando'. When I went back after ten minutes to ask if I was waiting in the right place (there were two navettes sitting on the other side of the road) and when to expect the navette, I was shouted and sworn at and told I could just wait another 15-20 minutes. On the return leg, I called from Departure gate 17 and waited another 30 minutes for the navette (I counted at least 4 other companies that came in the meantime). We were left to unload our luggage ourselves and wait for the roll call of keys to collect the car, which was filthy. I used to be very happy with Green Parking, and had used them for 8 years, but after this latest experience I'll stay well away, and advise anyone who values service, common courtesy, their time and peace of mind to do the same.

They helped arrange everything so that it could be delivered back to us, but then the courier company let us down. It took another 5 months to get everything sorted, during which time Green Parking were amazingly helpful and kept the lost items for us. They then helped us arrange another shipment when the previous problems had been resolved. They have been so helpful and patient and they have really gone above and beyond.

We reported the damage the moment we got the car back. They took a report and said that they'd follow it up, but even after phone calls, emails and even driving down there they didn't do it. Scratches can happen, I agree, but at least they have to take responsibility for those
