Ho parlato con uno dei titolari che mi ha fatto subito parlare con i tecnici che hanno immediatamente trovato il problema. Fissato un appuntamento, hanno risolto il problema, contestualmente fatto il tagliando e sistemato la frizione che su mia segnalazione strappava. Che dire... cortesia e professionalita' TOP! I bought a used F900r, found by another BMW dealer. I turned to Misani for a small problem with the bike. I spoke to one of the owners who immediately made me speak to the technicians who immediately found the problem. Having made an appointment, they solved the problem, at the same time done the service and fixed the clutch which, on my report, was tearing. What can I say ... TOP courtesy and professionalism!

Motorcycle withdrawn after a few days from the signing of the contract, perfect, like new with service done. Delivery occurred flawlessly by an owner, who gave me all the information and all the necessary instructions. Highly recommended dealership, kind and trained staff, exemplary organization. Il grande valore aggiunto di Diego e degli altri ragazzi che lavorano in officina viene però fuori quando ci sono da fare piccole riparazioni oppure quando c'è da montare qualche accessorio. Si vede che tutti amano il loro lavoro dalla disponibilità e dalla voglia con cui cercano di dare una mano e di risolvere i problemi, facendo le cose per bene. Consigliatissimo! Considerando che uso lo scooter qutotidianamente per lavorare, che ho urgenza e sono in seria difficoltà, ho provato a chiamarvi per orientarmi sul da farsi ed eventualmente usarlo come incentivo rottamazione acquistandone uno nuovo, pensavo ad un elettrico. Per arrivare a questo avrei bisogno di essere consigliato da persone esperte e competenti e di fare comunque una diagnosi sul guasto, e quindi avevo pensato di rivorgermi al concessionario BMW più vicino. Telefonando oggi da voi non ho trovato nessuna disponibilità ad assistenza. Mi hanno tenuto la moto da parte finché non sono riuscito ad andare a vederla (abito a 150km di distanza), una volta sul posto era assolutamente PERFETTA come da descrizione. Tra l'altro, ad un prezzo onestissimo. Grazie ancora! I bought a used BMW F800GT from them. Impeccable service and attention to the customer, maybe there were professionals like this in our area. They kept my bike aside until I was able to go and see it (I live 150km away), once on site it was absolutely PERFECT as per description. Among other things, at a very honest price. Thanks again!
